Review: This was my first car, bought by myself, since my husband died. The salesman, finance man, and finance manager, first tried to pressure me in to buying the car I test drove, I was strong, about the color, as my daughter agreed that I wanted red. Finally around 11pm, they agreed and offered me some things "No Charge", which when I got the contract - 24 hours after the car, I noticed the charges on them. They were rude, keeping me waiting for hours to clear up my questions and even giving me the contract. I had to call to get it in the first place. They lied about me purchasing, with option to buy - the 3rd choice. The best way to buy (not a lease they kept say - 1. buy, 2. lease, 3. purchase to buy). The offer less than the Kelly blue book for mine, and then when putting it in writing, was even less. I had offered cash to buy, no go (this was after I read the contract) They said the contract was in the system, however, it wasn't, as after 2 times of trying to get them to see my point - they did give me back the "extended warranty". Did I mention I asked several times for both the invoice price and Fair Price Value, neither were given - I had written it down. I feel they took advange of the heat (100 degrees that Thurs), late hour, and my not so good knowledge. Of course the price I was quoted, wasn't what I'm paying - because I required a red color and they had to go find one. They lied to me repeatedly and aren't good people to deal with. Miles on the contract were more than the new car had, another lie.Desired Settlement: 1. I would like an apology to me for making me wait for hours just so they can argue with me.2. I would just like to have them change it from the lease to a regular sale.3. I would like to have the original price.3. I would like others to know, this group will lie to them, just beware.

Review: I traded in my 2014 car for a 2015. I had something called GAP INSURANCE on my 2014. I was suppose to get a REFUND FOR MY GAP INSURANCE. When I bought the new car my shady finance manager [redacted] DID NOT tell me they would use my refund as down payment because they asked me to put 500 dollars down. NO one explained I need more down or use my refund, so I though the 500 dollars was all I needed so I proceeded to turn in paper work to get my GAP INSURANCE refunded to me. I call and the collection lady tells me oh that was applied to down payment. SHOCKED to my surprise [redacted] did not explain that to me. I went to trade in my car ALONE and as a women they took advantage of that and did not explain to me my options. If I had known I needed more down I would have either given more out of pocket OR turned the deal down. The [redacted] guy is super shady and I felt that when I was moving forward. I also explain how shady he was to another guy, but they disregarded it! I want my refund for my GAP INSURANCE! They also did a really shady thing and put on my paper work cash was 2 thousand which if I did see that it, it did not apply to me because all I gave was 500 bucks!!!!!Desired Settlement: I want a refund for my GAP INSURANCE! I was mislead and was not explained where my refund would go. [redacted] is extremely shady and did and did not do things just to sign a woman that came to the dealer ALONE.
