My service technician today was James G*** He performed my annual air conditioner maintenance and installed a new water overflow system I have had a service contract with Horizon Services for five years or more and have always been satisfied with the technicians who served my equipment James G***was simply exceptional in his manners, professionalism, and excellent communications skills I will ask for him on future service visits

Mike was great! He came out within a few hours after calling You can tell he knows his stuffHe was very nice, friendly and professionalHe did a great job fixing my leak
