We had no heat and Horizon sent us Antonio Mon a Sunday and he said he'd get our heater working Initially he said he wasn't able to get the part we needed that day, but checked their warehouse a couple times, found the part, and went to get it himself instead of us having to wait for someone else to drop it off He was back in an hour, installed the part and we had heat Antonio really went the extra mile for us and we appreciated it on a cold day

Everything was fine Timely, but pricy

Horizon TECH George P*** was extremely professional and spent hours detailing the issue with the attic AIR HANDLER The problem appears to be resolved and we are very happy with the outcome

The Horizon Technician (Tom) showed up on time and was very professional Tom answered every question, checked for a periodic noise in the heater and had some good suggestions to pinpoint the problem Tom explained my contract and walked me through all of the charges on the bill, no surprises

When I called for an appointment for a routine service I was given an appointment for later that dayI was pleasantly suprised by their ability to get a Tech to my residence that quicklyI was also promised a FREE A/C checkup for my next appointment which I will call for in March of this year

I called Horizon to help with a gas boiler hot water radiator system in my home They were able to send a Technician right away They gave me a call to let me know the technician was on his way The Technician was very helpful My problem was a complex issue that may involve further maintenance He went over my options and explained in a clear way what my choices and price options were(including discounts and possible coupons) Overall it was a positive experience and I am happy with the service visit
