He arrived early (never had that happen with a heating/cooling company!), and dressed like a professional! What a "gentleman" & EXTREMELY CURTIOUS!!! Pat took the time to explain what he was doing & our options in "PLAIN ENGLISH" - NO TECHNICAL TALK THAT YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND! Pat had a "positive mental attitude, attention to detail & a sense of urgency"! I could tell he "LOVES" his job & it showed!!! pat made such an "impression on me" _ I most likely will chage "service plans" from my current vendor to HORIZON!!! My experience with Horizon Services was excellent, From my telephone call to schedule a service call for a heater problem I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday with a choice of times for the tech to arrive at my home I chose the 10:to 2:pm window and received a phone from Horizon on Friday night to confirmed the appointment and a call on Saturday advising me the tech would arrived in minutes, Jose Sarrived at my home around 10:am and listened to me about the heater/vent problem in the upstairs bedroom He went down to the basement to check out the heater and water pressure and started to explaining how the heater dials worked and explained what he was doing We then went upstairs to the bedroom and he worked on the vent but unfortunately he told it was probably the radiator went bad Jose Stook his time and while he was writing up the transaction sheet - he explained in detail the problem but unfortunately Horizon Services does not service radiators I felt that Jose Stook his time and was a very pleasant Horizon Services have been to my home for many services in the past and every spring & fall for a checkup on the A/C & heater, I would not hesitate to call Horizon again for service Rita B

Donald K was the technician for our routine maintenance/tuof heating units and was here slightly ahead of time (a plus) Very thorough and good at explaining what was going on Also replaced batteries in outside sensing unit and scheduled our AC units tuin early April
Don was very personable He also explained the Service Partner Program which I signed up forAll in all, a very pleasant service call

I had excellent service from my technician, JamesHe represented Horizon in a very professional matterHe took the time to explain my problem and gave me options, which included a price bookHe seemed very honest and I felt good about the investment I made from his serviceThis was a complete different experience that I had, in comparison to another well know HVAC chain in the area, that I always felt were constantly trying to close me on more expensive options and packagesHe also solved my problem efficiently and I know have heat on a very cold dayThis has been my only experience with Horizon, but if the rest of their technicians come close to James I would highly recommend their service
