Technician Bill L was extremely prompt, courteous and patient in explaining the problem and the cost to remediate the problem He put booties on whenever re-entering the house and thoroughly cleaned up the work space before leaving He certainly lived up to the TV ad that lead us to Horizon in the first placeHe is an asset to the company

Donald K was the technician for our routine maintenance/tuof heating units and was here slightly ahead of time (a plus) Very thorough and good at explaining what was going on Also replaced batteries in outside sensing unit and scheduled our AC units tuin early April
Don was very personable He also explained the Service Partner Program which I signed up forAll in all, a very pleasant service call

I had excellent service from my technician, JamesHe represented Horizon in a very professional matterHe took the time to explain my problem and gave me options, which included a price bookHe seemed very honest and I felt good about the investment I made from his serviceThis was a complete different experience that I had, in comparison to another well know HVAC chain in the area, that I always felt were constantly trying to close me on more expensive options and packagesHe also solved my problem efficiently and I know have heat on a very cold dayThis has been my only experience with Horizon, but if the rest of their technicians come close to James I would highly recommend their service
