Pat Dwas the best service guy I have had for our old boiler since we moved to this house years ago He listened to me first, checked out the system and then did a problem solving adventure to figure out the issues Unlike other service guys, he seemed to completely understand and figure out our crazy and complicated heating system He addressed each and every value, input/output, noise and performance of our heater I am so pleased with the service I got today and wish I could have Pat D each time I have a HVAC issue
