We had an issue with our furnace that caused it to stop operating properly. We called Horizon Services and they sent out one of their technicians, James Gallagher, to assist. He was extremely helpful, professional and was able to solve the problem. We will be recommending Horizon in the future because of our experience.

Excellent customer service and communication. The technician that came to our home was professional, courteous, and could explain the goods and bads of our system. He was not pushy about services that Horizon could offer to us to make our system better, and did a great job explaining all of our options in a very low pressure and knowledgeable way. I will have no trepidation about using Horizon for our future needs.
