Republican Bashing and Political Baiting at it's Best!!!!!
Erica Grieder is obviously the type of whiny, liberal sheep that gets away with portraying their b[censored] hurt ways against Trump and Republicans. Her latest “[censored]peace” entails the drive for the left to still stay that voting with an ID is racists, Trumps fault and a ploy of the Republicans when it is simply how the world is and should be. This Baiter should go to Georgia and work with Abrams or better yet, over to California where because of her fellow democrats policies, have killed basic daily life for them, Hence why the smart ones are moving out! Stop allowing this BS to be spread by these sheep…

Houston Chronicle again an afternoon newspaper
When we first lived in Houston we subscribed to the Houston Chronicle, then an afternoon newspaper. There was once, also, the Houston Post which was a morning paper. It was "absorbed" and then there was one Houston newspaper -- the morning Houston Chronicle.

Now, it appears history has repeated itself. Now delivery is, at best, sporatic and it seems the "old Houston Chronicle" has turned back into an afternoon paper -- FOR WHICH I HAVE NO USE.

SCAM
I want everyone to know I went into the Walmart in Crosby on 2100 was confronted by the person who stated he represented the Houston chronicle for new subscriber he ask that I signed a ticket to win money and I was given a Walmart $20,00 gift card. I completed by application for the services I paid for the first year subscription but this is the killing part the person did not tell me that the card would be associate to banking information. So I use the card on to day 3-24-21 so I decided as usual to check my account bamm! There was this Walmart gift card charged to my debit card. So to be aware of those person who stated that are representing the Houston chronicle I know I will have to go through a lot of red tape to cancel my subscription and request my monies back...

I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com concerning the Houston Chronicle last yearI had subscribed to their newspaper under a special rate that they had advertisedA few months into my subscription the Chronicle began incorrectly charging a higher rate for my subscriptionI called them several times and after waiting on hold for minutes to an hour each time, the customer service reps assured me they had corrected the overcharges; however these corrections never really occurredAfter filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, Angie with the Houston Chronicle contacted me immediately and corrected the overcharges and issued me a refundShe told me that my subscription was paid up through January 31, and starting February 1st, I would be charged $1.50/week for my subscription indefinitelyShe also told me if I had any problems in the future, I could contact her and she would help me outOn January 25th, I checked my Chronicle account online and it showed that I didn't own anything at that timeOne week later On February 1st, I checked my account online and it showed that I owed $($3.37/week) and it was due January 7thI emailed Angie and asked her to help correct my accountI also called her several times during that week and left her messages to call me, but I have not heard back from herI sent her another email on February 7th and still have not received a replyI don't really want to call the Chronicle's customer service number only to wait on hold for a long time and to be lied to about having my account corrected.TranslateDesired Settlement / OutcomeDesired Settlement:selectDesired Outcome:I want my account corrected to show that I should be paying $1.50/week and my bill adjusted so that it shows I didn't owe anything before February 1stI would like to receive an email from the Chronicle confirming my $1.50/week rate and also stating if and when this rate will change
