I do not wish to make any further calls to the Houston Chronicle in regards to papers that are not delivered to my home. It is not my responsiblility as a customer to have to call and remind this company that my paid subscription is not being delivered. That being said, if I again begin to experience inconsistencies, I will not be contacting ***, ***, or anyone in customer service at the Houston Chronicle office. I will immediately terminate my subscription permanently and forego any further headaches

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I appreciate the help from the Revdex.com of Houston I appreciate the prompt response from the Houston Chronicle Too bad it had to come to me filing a complain with the Revdex.com If the Houston Chronicle was more forthcoming with how to file a complaint directly (email, live person, etc.), I wouldn't have filed the complaint
