That is completely untrueNo one has sent me a return labelIn fact, I have attached a snap shots that I have taken from my phone on the day I ordered the hoverboardThe company's phone number to report a damaged hoverboards, has now sent me an email stating they are not the same companyI have called that number several times and spoken with customer service in the past and they were telling me that the labels we're taking a while because their contract ended with UPSNow they have sent me an email saying they are not the same companyI haven't received anything from hoverboard closeout
