That is completely untrue. No one has sent me a return label. In fact, I have attached a snap shots that I have taken from my phone on the day I ordered the hoverboard. The company's...

phone number to report a damaged hoverboards,  has now sent me an email stating they are not the same company. I have called that number several times and spoken with customer service in the past and they were telling me that the labels we're taking a while because their contract ended with UPS. Now they have sent me an email saying they are not the same company. I haven't received anything from hoverboard closeout.

Return label was sent, we will replace with a new model as soon as the warehouse confirms the return. thank you

I cancelled this order.  I have a cancellation number and they credited my credit card. It was delivered and I have sent them numerous emails asking them to come and pick it up.
