received the board at our warehouse. We sent the customer a notification we have created an order for a NEW, black board rather than the refurbished originally ordered. We will send the customer tracking information once the order ships. Turnaround time is up to 3 weeks from receipt of the board.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  I recieved the return label, packaged the defective hoverboard in the original box and took it to UPS 3-2-17 for it to be return as requested. I find that this resolution will be satisfactory to me  once I receive a new working hoverboard. Best regards,
