A refund was received. However throughout this whole ordeal, there was absolutely zero communication via eMail and customer service was not able to update on any information.
We have sent the customer a link to exchange their board for a new hoverboard. They will receive a prepaid shipping label and we pay shipping costs of the new board.

I am rejecting this response because: It took them over a month to get my refunds back to me and we still want the company to ship out a hoverboard due to their PROMISE that we would have one by Christmas and they didn't...
delivery on their promise.
