We have received the customer's board back at our facility yesterday evening 3/1/and have refunded back to the customer this morning, 3/2/

A refund was sent, we told customer to check on their side through bank, attached to this email is a refund confirmation

We have sent the customer a prepaid UPS return label and will ship a new board upon receipt
not opened on weekends will ship today

We have sent the customer a link to create an exchange labelUpon receipt of the board at our facility, we will send the customer a replacement boardI see there was a previous error in utilizing the link but we have sent again today
We will accept the chargeback which was initiated by the customer
