I have reviewed this complaint again and all the correspondence in our customer service databaseThe screenshot provided earlier was sent to an incorrect email addressI have emailed the customer again today at the right email and explained the mishap and attached the prepaid UPS label

customer was sent a return label we will replace with a new model as soon as the warehouse confirms the returnthanks

Customer was refunded 1/26/

We have processed a refund for the customer's purchase price on 3/1/

The item shipped after I was told the transaction was cancelled and I would have my money reimbursed within hoursI have made numerous phone calls to the company and they all tell me they are only receptionsits and cant answer my questions nor transfer me to any one who can answer my questions. My question now is how do I return the item to get my money back? I need specific information in writing to follow from HoverBoardclosout.com to ensure I get the item returned correctly and how they will reimburse me and when they will reimburse me.
