contacted directly by Howaboutwe.com regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here] - I have been reimbursed, but I haven't been given notification that I have been officially deleted from their system and my credit card will never be charged again. Normally I would assume that I won't be charged again in another months, but based on what I have been reading online from other upset patrons, it seems they like to keep credit cards on file and charge again and again.

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Howaboutwe.com since April [redacted] regarding complaint ID [redacted].  I have heard nothing from Howaboutwe.com since my last message to them on April *, 2015.  They have not directly resolved my issue related to a refund of $71.94 under their "get offline" guarantee where they supposedly offer a full refund for your membership if you don't get offline on an actual date.  Ultimately, I worked through my credit card company to resolve this, and my credit card company has found in my favor and reimbursed me for the $71.94 that Howaboutwe.com should have refunded me.  Sincerely,[redacted]

Thanks for contacting us, and letting us know about this. All accounts are set to auto-renew which is in our Terms of Use and is listed as a feature on the site. Your account was still active and set to renew which is why you were charged.

you were not able to reach us. I've checked through our records and was not able to locate any emails from you connected to the email address we have on file. Our email is listed in our FAQ, and our phone number can be found in your billing statement. 
I've refunded your $24 renewal charge, which will reflect in your account within 3-5 business days. I've also made sure your subscription has been canceled so you won't be billed again.
