Until a few months ago I received my requested daily emails almost daily. Then they stopped, for some reason. The emails were very convenient, you linked directly to the site from them. Now I need to remember to go there, which I can do, but do much more rarely without the prompt. The functionality of the site seems to have reduced also.

I filed this complaint earlier this month.  The Revdex.com sent an email message on Apri[redacted] that Howaboutwe.com did not respond to the Revdex.com inquiry and gave me 5 days to let Revdex.com know whether to continue it or not.  I was out of the country from Apri[redacted] without email access when this email was sent by Revdex.com. 
Although Howaboutwe.com has contacted me and resolved some of the issues, there is still one outstanding issue that I would like the Revdex.com to continue to pursue with Howaboutwe.com.  They are continuing to refuse to refund my original membership fee with them under their "get offline" guarantee to my credit card.  They are insisting that they will only refund this membership if I provide them with further personal information which I do not want to do.  According to my credit card company, Howaboutwe.com is able to provide a refund to my credit card even though the charge was made back in September of 2014, but Howaboutwe.com is refusing to do so and insists on requiring private information from me to send a check refund within 4-6 weeks.
I would like the Revdex.com to continue to pursue asking Howaboutwe.com to provide this refund of $71.94 to my credit card.
Please let me know how the Revdex.com intends to help pursuing this complaint.  Thank you for your assistance.

filed using the above ID number (ID [redacted]), has been resolved. I was able to deactivate my account after they responded not with a email reply but by sending me updated contacts. They sent two within the past week, were they have been none for the past two months. I was able to use their updated site to deactivate my account. Thanks for your assistance.

My problem had to do with issuing a refund due to an automatic renewal that I could not remember agreeing to. It was difficult contacting an actual person (though now they have a direct email for this), however once I did the process went very smoothly and I was issued my refund. The staff member was very helpful and understanding in the matter.

Full of scammers - you're better than this and you will never get them to stop charging your credit card. Dont communicate off the site either.

I've checked your account and it looks like you deactivated your profile, instead of just canceling the account, which cancels a paid subscription and makes your profile invisible on the site. This is also in our FAQ. 
Since you had trouble with this, we've refunded your $28 renewal charge, which will reflect in your account within five business days.
Your account has already been canceled so you will not be billed again.

Review: Found a charge on my bank statement from Howaboutwe. Charge was not authrozied. Website does NOT list phone # for contact; only gives option to submit email. I have emailed them about the issue and asked how to receive refund. Have also cancelled my debit card. I have yet to hear back from the company to resolve the issue. Charge was $28.Desired Settlement: Want refund as well as documentation with Revdex.com that this company participates in fraudulent activities. There seems to be a long list of similar compaints, and yet the company continues to commit fraud.
