in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Webster Bank aka HSA Bank made no offer.  They sent a letter stating that they "were in receipt of my complaint and were working on a resolution".  No further communication has occured since that letter dated June 23.  I've been attempting to log into my account at HSA Bank to verify wherther they've stolen the fraudulent fees they claim not to charge by their own website, but there site keeps hanging at forcing me to add more security questions.  6 selected, still it will not pass.

In fact, there was a resolution and I am satisfied. It is not the business's fault that I did not confirm its satisfactory response within a specific time frame.If possible, I would like you change things so that the satisfactory resolution is noted and nothing reflects poorly upon the business.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is conditionally satisfactory to me as long as they uphold the terms of what they stated in the letter. I'm still not trusting this to be resolved until after December 10, at which point I'll know for sure it's been closed if I don't receive a billing statement for a month's fees as I did the previous two months after being told my account had been closed.

I understand that the bank is telling me that they send me notification however when I made my call the young man that I talked to verified that I didn't get any other mail because the card number I gave him was the first card after the transition. I need my money back I'm taxed on that money so is not fare for them to keep it.  Just because they verified my address that mean absolutely noting. I don't see a reason why a bank should keep anyone's money for that matter.  Thank you [redacted]

A letter of explanation is being sent to the customer. The HSA Bank account was closed on 6/5/16; fees waived, and a check for the balance sent to the new custodian.
