I was away from a desktop; my basic phone was unable to access the site correctly.
In regards to their response provided on 11/02/2016, the repair in question was never intended to utilize their Uh Oh program.  I called specifically to redeem a voucher as I knew my device would be ineligible for repair.  The issue arose when I tried to begin a non-warranty repair; it conflicted with the previous ticket for the voucher somehow.
Additionally the device was delivered on 10/03/2016 by USPS (tracking proof upon request).  That is a lot sooner that the date they provided you of 10/13/2016.

Repair ticket [redacted] Repair process is taking place. In order to complete the process we are currently waiting for some components. HTC is working really hard to complete the process as soon as possible so customer will be contact once the tracking number is generated.

I am. Nothing HTC can do at this point short of letting me return the device for a full refund will satisfy me. Therefore I want this report to stand at rejected. HTC's Revdex.com grade should reflect their terrible service. They currently sit a C- while every other phone company is at an A +. They need to deliver as promised and GREATLY improve the quality of their support and the poor grade should be a message to them. Samsung phones are literally exploding and they can manage an A+, it's not that difficult. I was wronged, they are unwilling to give me what I want as a resolution. In regards to HTC's comment about getting me an accessory, that was 3 days ago they contact me and said they would update me tomorrow. They have not. At this point I want to cease all communication and let this report stand as rejected and negatively effect HTC's Revdex.com rating. I look forward to my next phone upgrade being from any other manufacturer besides HTC.

HTC has been having delays at the RMA facility but is working very hard in order to have this resolved as quickly as possible.
 
Device has been shipped and according to the tracking number [redacted] it was delivered today 10/18/2016 at 13:01.

I am rejecting this response because: It is unacceptable. I am currently in contact with my Congressional Representative to initiate the process for a full federal investigation of HTC with an investigation by Congress and the FTC to bring the horrid consumer representatives of HTC and this corporation to the public's attention, with focus on the board of HTC.

We are willing to resolve this inconvenient with the replacement phone and have contacted Mr. [redacted], we explained him the way we can continue, we created an On-site exchange ticket # [redacted], he agreed to swap the device and we extended him a coupon code of $50 dollars off purchase through the website www.htc.com.

HTC is willing to take care of the phone by following their policies; we are able only to repair the device,  a replacement  is not available.  Once again, we can provide Mr. [redacted] with a prepaid label in order to receive his device and start this process.

When a representative from HTC spoke with Ms. [redacted] on the 18th of August, she accepted our offer of a repair with a prepaid shipping label. In regards to her request for refund of the payment made for services, during the time her device was in need of repair, we advised...

her that she would need to contact her service provider.

Customer was contacted and the situation has been resolved. Customer is taking advantage of the T-Mobile Wi-Fi Calling feature again.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I sent pictures showing that in normal operations the light bleed is severe. I own 5 tablets in the home incl. iPad and none of them are displaying light leakage that is visible. I do not want to stare at the dim screen just to avoid seeing light leakage, light leak has been eradicated on all quality hardware for at least 3-5 years now, HTC pretends to be quality hardware at least their price point is. This is unacceptable and highly deceiving practice to say that light leakage is acceptable practice because it does nothing to solve the actual problem. Given that device has been repaired 3 times (battery repair, microphone repair) now at the minimum HTC should have attempted to replace the unit for a brand new. HTC also knows that there is a updated HW revision for Nexus 9 that address light leakage issue. Consumers are reporting it on the forums.Absolutely acceptable practice by HTC. All I was asking is to get this 3-times repaired device replaced. I do see now that I need to get Attorney General Consumer Protection division involved as this is now a Lemon Law issue.
