I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowOdd, in a previous response the business replied that the vehicle repairs were complete and that no further action was necessaryThen in the most recent response, they are working to repair the vehicleAgain, their "QA checks" failed to find areas of damage that I foundPerhaps the business should just wait and let me notify the Revdex.com if the repairs are complete and that I am satisfied instead of trying to put words in my mouthWhen the shop manager emailed *** and advised that two areas of damage were found by me, ***'s only response was "OK"They continue to waste my time and fuel to have me come down there when the vehicle is not finishedIf this is the kind of work they do in areas that are visible, can you imagine what the work quality is in areas that I can not see? I have forwarded photos of all the poor workmanship to the Revdex.com for them to look at and decide for themselves as an impartial third partyI have additional photos but it only allows me to upload a max of fourThis process has now dragged out over monthsBased on the photos, I think Dodge should suspend/revoke their MOPAR certifications for work like thisI think the true litmus test would be to see if they are proud of this work and would use it in their advertisingNo company in their right mind would use these examples as suchInstead of doing a quality job initially, it seems they only want to do the minimum and hope that I get tired of dealing with them and accept itThis response is being posted since there is a time frame necessary for me to responseAs promised, I will update the Revdex.com if the vehicle is repaired to my 100% satisfaction, or if the issue persists with the dealer

The dealership has complied with the original request and took the vehicle back. It has also received the follow-up request for the substituted vehicle regarding refunding the GPS, cancelling and refunding the service contract and credit back any monies due. We will happily do them all....

This is 100 % of what the customer has requested.

The General Manager has made contact with the customer and all issues have been resolved.

The dealership mailed the refund out on Wednesday 3/11/15. The reason for the delay was we were waiting for Chrysler Service Contracts to mail us our checks...

first.
We have satisfied the request. If the customer wants to discuss the matter further, please have her contact the GM, [redacted], on his cell [redacted].
Thank you

Our Company didn't own the Dodge Franchise until December of 2011. I am not sure when the falling out with the Service Department occurred but that doesn't matter. The Lifetime Warranty is offered by Chrysler, not the Dealership. When the customer took delivery of their new vehicle, they were given...

a booklet that outlined the Warranty and the responsibilities that came with it.
This issue is an issue with Chrysler Corporation, not Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, especially since the customer is not a customer of this dealership.
The customer can contact the General Manager, [redacted], on his cell [redacted], to seek further information and assistance.

My expirience with HB Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was very frustrating. After paying my down payment and submitting my loan paperwork to the fincance department, they didn't file the loan paperwork properly with my leinholder. After several phone calls to their finance department I was able to get my loan taken care of. But by this time, my loan offer had expired and I had to reapply do to the dealership's lack of timeliness.
My other issue happended when I went to register my new vehicle (it had been two months since I drove off the lot). The DMV had no record of my vehicle in their Internatial database. Assuming that this was also the fault of HB Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I called their buisness department and found out that they were still trying to aquire the title to the vehicle they sold me two months ago! The man who traded the vehicle to HB Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram never furnished a title and for whatever reason, still was able to trade his car.
Overall, a disappointing dealership, to say the least. No problems with the sales staff, but everyone in finance and buisness seemed very lazy and unprofessional. I would not recommend this buisness due to the hassle it has caused me.

Regards,
[redacted] The refund was mailed? you previously said if I got financed it will be taken off from the loan?
May I ask on what date it was mailed?

The Dealership Management apologizes for the negative experience. As long as the vehicle purchases is in the same shape as was when sold and has less than 500 miles, we will honor the customer's request.
Please have customer contact [redacted] at [redacted] to arrange the...

return.Thank you.

This whole matter could have been resolved quickly had anyone either answered my numerous pleads via phone calls and messages or not lied when they did talk to me, Here is just some of those lies:
"the check is in the mail", "we do not have 2 signers today for the check", "we have to wait for your check to clear" (I GAVE THEM CASH AND USED 2 CREDIT CARDS). "the holidays have slowed the process down", "we have to talk to [redacted] and he is not here", "we will expedite the check on Tuesday" (that would have been 12-16-14, and obviously that never happened.....
At this time what I will accept is:
Correcting the amounts that were refunded to my 2 credit cards, incorrect amount posted to each.
Reimbursement for the $300.00 finder fee I paid to a broker to find the vehicle and to drive me to pick up the vehicle (can provide invoice if need be)
The $88.00 I paid a mechanic to check vehicle that showed it had 15 red flags once hooked up to Ford Diagnostic Machine (invoice can be provided)
Interest on my $10,000.00 from December 18 through January 8th which is the day I received the $10,000.00 check.(I retained mailing envelope which was posted January 5, 2015).
Interest paid in the 2 credit cards.
I should charge for lost time at work as well as telephone conferences with both my accountant as well as an attorney and the police department.
I should also be reimbursed for the numerous times I had to stop working to phone this company to no avail only to be lied to one more time.
I also think an apology of some sort is in definite order.
Regards,

I guess we are the only reasonably priced in market?
We will sell any vehicle available and advertised for sale at the price offered and make any/all information available to the consumer at the dealership prior to payment. What is so wrong with this?
We sell 1,000 vehicles monthly and are extremely busy. The consumer can come to our establishment anytime while we are open and get the information she wants.
We are not refusing her business. She is refusing doing to come in and buy it.

Call the General Manager, [redacted] on his cell [redacted] and he will address concerns and resolve issues.
