Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram -- Deceptive, Dishonorable, Disappointing – DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Having purchased vehicles from HB Jeep before, and having recommended them to many of my 940 clients over the years; I was EXTREMELY disappointed today in their lack of integrity – even after admitting they screwed up!

I saw them add for 2 vehicles I was looking for, contacted their sales person and made arrangements to purchase before the 1 ½ drive each way and verified the pricing!

Within 10 minutes of arrival, I noticed that the MSRP on the vehicle’s window sticker was significantly LOWER than what they said in them adds; making their discount less than advertised. I pointed this out to the salesman, who said – “I’ve never seen this happen before. My apologies. I’m sure my manager will honor the error.” I mentioned that maybe the other vehicle was correct; sad to say, it too had the same deceptive error. What are the odds! If you’ve ever bought from them, you were probably quietly screwed too.

1 ½ hours later, after having most all the work completed to purchase the vehicle; the manager admitted the error; but, said that “in small print, it says if a mistake is made, we don’t honor them”.

I’m an employer, if my employee makes an error – I will do my best to honor it and serve the client. They admitted the error but was unwilling to make even a ONE-dollar adjustment towards the $1,000 error.

Thus, they went from being a vendor I would recommend to a deceptive, dishonorable dealer. I would suggest that you avoid them. HONOR DOESN’T MATTER IN POLITICS; but, it should matter in business!

The dealership has provided proof of the strut replacement and will be happy to provided it again.

$179 Nitrofill explained by Finance to be a requirement to purchase and finance the vehicle. Upon review of the documentation, clearly states Nitrofill is Optional.

I would never do business with this dealership again. I went into this dealership looking for a vehicle and was extremely clear that I already had my own financing in place. To begin with when I found the car I wanted I was lied to about three separate issues by the salesman. Then after deciding to purchase the car the finance guy was deceptive. He pushed so hard to get me to go with their financing that he even ran my credit without my permission. Its been three weeks and I have received responses from several companies he must have applied me to. I love the car but the whole purchasing experience was a nightmare.

Review: Purchased my Jeep Cherokee on 5/26/2014. When doing the financing I was trading in my current car which had a total payoff of $20529.69. My auto payment went through on 5/28/2014 and lowered the payoff amount to $20114.47. When it came time for Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to payoff the trade in vehicle they paid only $20114.47. I called in June 2014 Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and talked with an accountant who said they should be sending out a refund check for $415.22. I have not received a refund check for $415.22 and I have not received any return calls to explain why it has not been refunded. I have called and left multiple messages every month for [redacted] (my leasing agent) and have not received a return call.Desired Settlement: Refund check for $415.22.

I did receive a check for ~$66 for a sales tax error. The $415.22 has still yet to be resolved or refunded. The business is being very slow on the refund.

Refund check for $415.22.

The dealership has made attempt to reach the customer to discuss concern. Today, 10/14/14, we will either speak to the customer by phone or write a letter and mail it certified for a record of our attempt to resolve the customers concern. We do apologize for the amount of time that this issue has been open. If the customer would like to call the GM, [redacted], on his cell [redacted], they may.

Review: I Have called back numerous times and they are just getting around to doing something that should have been done months ago. ( I have my Mobile statements if your staff chooses to tell you other wise)

They are telling there customers they cannot provide Purchase order. What happened to me was that I went in and saw the vehicle I wanted. I showed them that I was pre-approved with my bank for $40,000 and they were trying to have me finance with them for 1HR. Finally they told me if I wasn't going to finance with them, they could not sell me a vehicle. I trust my bank so I wanted to finance with MY OWN BANK and they would not print me a PURCHASE ORDER because according to the manager they CANNOT do that. "THEY WHERE LYING." My bank called FURIOUS because they said that not providing anyone with a Purchase Order to finance were they please is illegal, when selling in California. (With in 5 minutes I got a purchase order and took it to my bank to Finance it. After I got done with finance I was told to inspect the vehicle for any damage. I found that it had damage on the back bumper. They told me they would call me back within a few days, and that if the item could not be buffed out they would replace it. So I Waited for 1 wk and called back since they had not even attempted, since then I have been calling numerous times trying to get this resolved And I have all the paperwork that proves that I called on numerous occasions. They would give me excuses like (because of the holiday season they had not called me back). I am a paying customer just like anyone that was there during the holiday season why do they get priority over me? I have been calling for 4 MONTHS now and I just got an appointment for 2/24/15, I bought my new car 11/03/15. I went in and they were trying to Fix it with body filler. THE CAR IS BRAND NEW. They went back on what they told me and they did not want to replace it.Desired Settlement: I Just want to have nothing to do with this Place from now on. I just Want a refund for my vehicle including the Interest charges.

I was advised by my attorney to make it clear that an unwinding could be done since you failed to complete services in a reasonable time frame. (breach of contract)

That the dealer make it clear to its staff that not providing a Purchase Order and turning customers away because they want to finance else were is illegal

Review: I contacted the dealership by phone and was given an interest rate for purchase of a new vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership the salesman gave me an amount of payment that did not coincide based on the amount financed, the closing costs, and the interest rate. He said it was because of my low credit score that all the warranties had to be included. Finance Manager said I couldn't get loan approval unless they were included because I had a foreclosure on my credit. He said I had to purchase the extended warranty and the oil change packet for 5 years to make sure the car was in working condition for the life of the loan otherwise I would stop payment like I did my house, he then proceeded to tell me that I had to get the GPS so that he could find the car in case this happened. I was also charged a fee for the Master Shield and the Nitrogen Fee because they said the car was already equipped with these products. I found out after the fact that what they did was illegal, they cannot set forth any conditions like this in order to get loan approval. I totally got scammed into the loan to get the low interest rate. I have contacted the dealership and spoken to the General Manager who didn't seem at all surprised, in reading reviews on this dealership its their common practice on their loans. They are supposed to cancel all the added extra products and prorate them to the principle of my loan, however its been over a month and my bank still has not received a check.Desired Settlement: Refund the cost of the added extras

The dealership mailed the refund out on Wednesday 3/11/15. The reason for the delay was we were waiting for Chrysler Service Contracts to mail us our checks first.

Review: I recently purchased a used 2012 Volkswagen Jetta from this dealership. On my initial visit to the dealership I was approached by a salesman name [redacted] within seconds of arrivinig. When I found the vehicles I was interested in, the salesman began the document process and getting information from me. He printed out the CarFax report on the vehicle that showed no accidents or issues with the vehicle. However, I noticed on the printout that the date the Carfax was printed was almost a month old. When I confronted him with this issue, he stated that "i just had it printed out" which raised a red flag. Nonetheless I proceeded to work with [redacted], who still insisted on trying to get me to sign with their lenders at a much higher interest rate than my bank was willing to finance. After numerous attempts to relay that I wasn't interested in their financing, I was told that if I didn't sign an optional contract that the car wouldn't be held even for a day. After going back and forth over the price of the vehicle for a while, we agreed on a price and they rushed me into the finance office. Here I met [redacted] who was very pushy about getting the deal out as quickly as possible. In his office I noticed an extra $500 they added AFTER I went in to the office. I mentioned it to [redacted] who called the sales manager and told me that the sales manager wasn't moving off that price. Then as I was reading the contracts and deciding on the deal, [redacted] pressed me to "hurry up" and that he had "alot of other things to do" and "didn't have time to sit there." "You either want it or not, lets go" was his final comment. After delivery of the vehicle I noticed marks on the driver door consistent with being replaced. Looking further, I noticed that the whole left side of the vehicle had previous damages. When confronting the General Manager, [redacted], I was told that the deal is already done. I've made numerous calls and visits but get ignored. Check engines light goes on /off now too.Desired Settlement: Because the dealership is unwilling to even contact or see myself or my Credit Union and insist that there is not damage to the vehicle because it was never reported, I would like to unwind the deal (which is not even 30 days old) as well as be refunded the $1250 deposit I put down on my credit card. The vehicle has NOT been titled to me or my bank as the leinholder, the dealership refuses to send a letter of guarantee and won't acknowledge me when I physically show up to the dealership. I have no confidence in the General Manager or the dealership to supply me with a vehicle I can depend on. Please unwind the deal and free both parties of any contractual agreement so I can go find a vehicle I can rely on at a dealership with better business practices.

Business

Response:

The Dealership will happily unwind the transaction and refund all the money paid. Please contact the General Manager, [redacted], on his cell phone [redacted] to schedule the exchange.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution has been somewhat satisfactory to me. I have received partial refund of my down payment ($1000 of the $1250) from the dealership. Although the refund was partial and did not reflect a "full refund" of the money I invested in this vehicle, I am willing to accept this resolution so that I no longer have to interact with the dealership.

Review: The car was used but is a jeep I got from the jeep dealership and I did that on purpose. I almost lost control of the car more than once because of steering wheel issues. I've complained about the issue 2 weeks to a month after vheicle was purchased. I was told they couldnt find any problems but same problem occured after. Now i'm asking again for help on the same issue and jeep is trying to charge me different amounts of money for different things to figure out the issue. My thing is, is I only had the car for 4 months and had problems right away after purchasing the car which they are aware of. I feel that it's not right after all the money I have already spent on the car and how large my payments are I shouldnt have to come out the pocket anything this is a horrible start for a new customer and to be honest on dont want the car anymore. Im scared and its dangerous to drive.!!!!!I can really hurt my self and that would be such a bigger problem..Desired Settlement: Repair or taking the car back with refunwould be my desired settlement!!!!

Review: I PURCHASED A JEEP FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IN OCTOBER 2013. IT IS NOW MAY 2014 AND I JUST RECEIVED A STATEMENT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP FOR $163.00. I TRIED FOR 3 DAYS TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE IN THE ACCOUNTING OFFICE TO HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT THIS BILL WAS FOR. I FINALLY SPOKE TO THE OPERATOR AND SHE SAID SHE HAS BEEN GETTING SEVERAL CALLS LATELY WITH PEOPLE TELLING HER THE SAME THING. I LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND NOBODY RETURNS PHONE CALLS AT THIS PLACE...UNLESS YOU ARE TRYING TO BUY A CAR! THE OPERATOR FINALLY GOT ME TROUGH TO SOMEONE THAT HELPED ME. SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE BILLING ME FOR THE PAYOFF DIFFERENCE ON THE VEHCLE I TRADED IN. I TRADED THAT VEHICLE IN IN OCTOBER 2013, ACCORDING TO THE STATEMENT THEY BILLED ME THE $163.00 IN FEBRUARY 2014 AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE STATEMENT IT SAID THE BALANCE IS 60 DAYS PAST DUE. THE LADY I SPOKE WITH SAID THEY HAD BEEN TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF US BUT WE NEVER RECIEVED ANY PHONE CALLS NOR ANY MAIL FROM THIS PLACE. I DO NOT BELIEVE I OWE THEM ANYTHING AS IT IS THEIR JOB TO CALL THE FINANCE COMPANY TO GET THE CORRECT PAYOFF AMOUNT. ALSO WHEN I SPOKE TO THIS LADY SHE ASKED ME IF I HAD RECEIVED A CHECK FROM THEM FOR $87.00 BECAUSE THEY HAD OVERCHARGED US ON THE SALES TAX, I HADN'T. SHE DID SEE THAT THE CHECK WAS NEVER CASHED. SHE SAID SHE WOULD ISSUE ME A NEW CHECK BUT ONLY IF I AGREE TO SIGN IT BACK OVER TO THEM AND THEN THEY WOULD SQUASH THE REMAINDER OF WHAT I OWE. I BELIEVE THIS IS STILL UNFAIR! ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ANY SUCH CHANGES ARE MADE SHOULDN'T THAT ALTER MY SALES CONTRACT THAT I SIGNED IN OCTOBER 2013?Desired Settlement: I WANT TO KEEP THE REFUND CHECK OF $87.00 AND NOT BE CHARGED AT ALL FOR THE $163.00.

The dealership billed the customer for the difference of what was quoted as a payoff when they sold us their car and what the bank requested be paid in order to obtain the title. The dealership is out the money. We would like reimbursement. As for the sales tax refund, the dealership will issue a new refund check and stop payment on the other check issued. Last, the dealership will have the [redacted] General Manager, call the customer to discuss this matter and get all issues resolved on 5/8/14.

Regards,

Review: I purchased a "brand new" Ram 2500 truck from this dealership on 4/15/2014. It was supposed to be a brand new vehicle to my knowledge. The vehicle was stored on their second dirt lot and was dirty when I test drove it. Before they had it cleaned and ready to go it was nighttime and hard to see any type of damages to the vehicle at 9pm at night after being at the dealership for nearly 7 hours. There were several things wrong with the vehicle that I noticed at the time of inspection with "[redacted]" at the time of delivery. He wrote them down on the due bill. He over promised me saying they would take care of it and months later, and several trips back, nothing was taken care of.

There is a dent on the passenger side front door fresh off their lot, which is written on their copy of a due bill somewhere in their records, Dents on the body of the bed on the drivers side, there are scratches and deep scrapes throughout the entire vehicle which were buffed over once from the dealership body shop (they ended up leaving holographic swirl marks on the brand new paint which will not come out) None of these defects were known to me before I signed the paperwork to purchase this "Brand New" Ram 2500 Truck. Had I known this truck had defects and the dealership was this shady I would have got up and ran out of there as fast as possible because this has been a nightmare and very time consuming considering.

I drove back to this dealership for the third time to their body shop after speaking with Ram directly a month and a half ago and the Body shop manager "[redacted]" told me that there was no way he could make the finish look the way it did from the factory therefore he suggested against his body shop doing any more work to it, after I spoke with Ram and they had him on the phone with me thru a 3 way call and they asked me to drive all the way back up there from San Diego to ensure that he would be able to make this situation right. He spent about 5 minutes telling me "oh well theres nothing I can do to make it look the same." This is the worst company I have ever done business with and after reading their reviews online I regret ever walking into their dealership. So this is my last resort, hoping to get some help from the trusted Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like the vehicle in brand new condition, paint scrapes and scratches re-painted and dents fixed to match the vehicle perfectly even if that means they have to re-paint the entire vehicle. Or they can pay to have it re-painted and have the body work at a local shop closer to my home so I don't have to spend more of my time and gas to keep driving to them. It is not my fault that they cannot get it to match, maybe they should have disclosed the damages to the vehicle before they sold it?

Business

Response:

Upper Management is aware of the problem and has attempted contact to discuss the issues. It is our goal to completely satisfy our customer and will discuss trading out the truck in question for another in better condition.

My expirience with HB Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was very frustrating. After paying my down payment and submitting my loan paperwork to the fincance department, they didn't file the loan paperwork properly with my leinholder. After several phone calls to their finance department I was able to get my loan taken care of. But by this time, my loan offer had expired and I had to reapply do to the dealership's lack of timeliness.

My other issue happended when I went to register my new vehicle (it had been two months since I drove off the lot). The DMV had no record of my vehicle in their Internatial database. Assuming that this was also the fault of HB Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I called their buisness department and found out that they were still trying to aquire the title to the vehicle they sold me two months ago! The man who traded the vehicle to HB Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram never furnished a title and for whatever reason, still was able to trade his car.

Overall, a disappointing dealership, to say the least. No problems with the sales staff, but everyone in finance and buisness seemed very lazy and unprofessional. I would not recommend this buisness due to the hassle it has caused me.

Review: As per the original advertisement this suburban could "handle anything mother nature decides to throw at you", including Air Conditioning, Power Door Locks and much more. [redacted] our sales person ensured us that the tear in drivers seat leather is the only thing we would be able to find wrong with the vehicle, it was well maintained.

The finance person, [redacted], sold us an extended warranty for used vehicles, saying it was super comprehensive, "Drive the truck for 30 days, make your list of EVERYTHING wrong and take it to any Chevy dealer, it's a $250 deductible, which covers everything" and since we bought 3rd tier coverage it's basically everything.

We had problems right out of the gate: The check engine light turned on, The AC stopped working (it will blow raging HOT air!!), the entire dash lights went out and we realized the power locks SOUNDED like they were operating, but in fact the locks DID NOT engage INCLUDING THE TRUCK REAR LIFT GATE. As a result we have to walk the entire vehicle to manually lock the door...but there is no lock for the lift gate other than the with NON FUNCTIONAL remotes. AS A RESULT the vehicle is NEVER secure.

The Chevy dealer said we should return the truck, as it was a "pile of problems". When I called [redacted] in finance, we were told our entire sales contract had to be redone because he made and error. He further explained that the warranty will cover all the issues take it back to the dealer. WE DID.

Here is the pile of issues HBCDJR sold us and the Chevy dealer said HB should have auctioned it and NEVER sold it, there is no way they didn't know there were these problems. ALL ARE DECLINED BY WARRANTY.

FAILED DOOR LOCK RELAYS

FAILED LIFT GATE CONTROLLER

FAILED LIFT GATE SEAL

BOTH KEY FOBS FAILED

FAILED MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR

FAILED I/P PANEL CLUSTER

FAILED HVAC CONTROL HEAD & LEFT TEMP ACTUATOR.

I cannot recommend this dealer to anyone, talk about a under handed sales practices; Vehicle and warranty alike.Desired Settlement: Repair the key issues; A/C, locks, non-locking lift gate, I/P Panel.

Or buy back this truck that is NOT what was advertised. I am still in possession of the AutoTrader add (AT Car ID: [redacted]) which clearly boosts how "This great, one-owner suburban...comes well equipped, and will handle anything" and cannot even be taken to the grocery store.

We have tried for 4 mos, calling weekly to get help from HB GM, warranty or otherwise. Finally, we took it in to their service dept., it's been there a week, they've done nothing but offer a $250 credit. The GM, [redacted], never returns calls. HELP please.

Review: We purchased a used car advertised with A/C the middle of April. The The next day I tried to turn the A/C on and realized there was none. I called our Sales person, [redacted] who said he would get in touch with his mgr to see what my options were. I had to followup numerous times to get resolution since no one returned my call. Finally I was contacted by [redacted] and was told to look online to see if there was another auto I was interested in, otherwise they would refund me $500 of the $1000 I put down. (??) I came in and found a car I was satisfied with, went in to do the financing and found out they were charging me more than I paid for the initial extended warranty. When asked about that I was told since the "new" car had more mileage I would be paying more. This wasn't disclosed to me, only when I questioned it when the paperwork was drawn up. I just received 2 billing statements from 2 different finance companies because the first financing for the original car was never pulled back by the dealership. I called and spoke to [redacted] and explained the situation. No apology, just told that he would take care of it. I asked to speak to a mgr because the customer service has been so horrible and indifferent. Whle I was waiting I looked at their website and noticed that the original car we purchased was listed again with a/c. A mgr named Avi answered the phone and was extrememly rude and condescending with me as I explained. I mentioned that the original car was again listed with a/c and he said he didn't know why I would be looking again since I bought something. I then asked to speak to the g/m and he told me he wasn't in. I asked for his name, he told me again he wasn't in. I asked what the g/m's name was and he hestitated to provide it to me. I asked for the gm's v/m, left a message for him and I still have not been contacted. This has been an ongoing problem. In addition I have not received the tags for my car and they expired yesterday.Desired Settlement: I would like them to resolve with the finance company and pull back the original application, resolve the issue with my tags at the DMV and truthfully refund my down payment of $1000.

Business

Response:

The dealership has complied with the original request and took the vehicle back. It has also received the follow-up request for the substituted vehicle regarding refunding the GPS, cancelling and refunding the service contract and credit back any monies due. We will happily do them all. This is 100 % of what the customer has requested.

Review: I went to Huntington beach chrysler dodge and ram with an approval letter for the vehicle I was going to purchase and specified that my loan was with bank of America. After reiterating that I wanted my loan with my bank, the sales associate persisted that I apply for the loan with their financial company. I repeatedly told them I wanted my loan with my bank and insisted that they call the bank to verify that my loan letter was valid and they would be able to use it for the purchase of my car. The sales associate, [redacted], requested more information from me, like my pay stubs and proff of income. When I informed him that he would not need to run my credit because I was already approved with my bank, he confirmed that the information was only for them to verify they were able to provide me the vechile. I asked once more for them to verify my loan stayed with my bank. They confirmed that my car was paid for through bank of America an provided me the documents to sign. The documents I signed and have record of do not show my lender with ally bank, yet my bill came from ally financial. When I called bank of America to verify if the auto dealership had used them to finance my car, they showed no record of any calls confirming my loan. I called the dealership more then 12 times to get clarification but was just given the run around or hung up on. I finally called ally bank and they provided me a fax of the loan documents I supposedly signed that day. In the section stating my financer, they enter ally financial after I signed, therefore forging documents and committing financial fraud. I gave them ample opportunity to amend their mistake to no aveal. For this reason, I am taking legal action against this dealership.Desired Settlement: Refund of the total value of the car.

Response:

The dealership has spoken with the customer and set an appointment for Saturday January 24th at 4p to work on a resolution. The dealership will payoff the loan at Ally Bank for the customer if he wishes to finance with B of A when he brings in proceeds from them to pay off the vehicle.

It's a misstatement they never offered me that option.

Business

Response:

The option of paying off the vehicle is always available because there are no prepayment penalties. The customer did not show for the appointment because the company provided him proof that he did indeed authorize the dealership to run his credit and place a loan with a lender of our choice. Our goal is to make the customer happy and if we can help him transition to B of A, we will. The customer has all the contact information to the dealership and he can contact me personally at ###-###-####. We aim to please.

I went to the dealership to buy a vehicle yesterday. I called before making the 3 hour drive to confirm the vehicle was still available. I also told them I was buying it and asked if they would hold it for me if I made the drive. Tom told me they don't normally do that but would ask his manager. He put me on hold a minute and came back saying that his manager approved it. They would hold the vehicle for me to purchase if I drove down that day. I take off work early and head that way immediately. I arrive there and we immediately sit down to go through the numbers to make the purchase. Keep in mind, I agreed to the purchase price of the vehicle before making the trip. I did not haggle with pricing at all. It was the price on the front window which was a decent price for this vehicle. They run my credit which is approx 800 credit score and I'm approved for the loan amount. I'm also putting 7500 cash down. I decline their extended warranty that they continued to push on me. After declining that, there is still 2k in hidden fees according to the length of the loan, monthly payment, and the interest rate they are giving me. I could of used my own financing but wanted it to go smoothly as it was late in the day and my bank was closed. I agreed to the 5% which I knew I could refinance in a few months with Chase @ 1-2%. They wouldn't show me the total and were playing the normal sales hidden numbers game. I ask one question - the break down of the fees. I never get this. After sitting around waiting, Tom comes back and tells me he cannot make the deal because the vehicle just sold! We are in the middle of a contract and they sale it? They failed to tell me they were doing two contracts at the same time for the same vehicle! They wasted 7.5 hours of my time and did not keep their word. If you cannot hold a vehicle, say so. If you tell someone you will hold it; keep your word. Why waste my time, get a bad review, and run my credit if you are going to sale it to someone else after promising to hold it? Shady shady dealership and sales people. Beware!

Review: I saw and responded to 3 ads of 2014 Jeeps all below $12,000 with low mileage. I tried to obtain a breakdown of all fees and an OTD (Out The Door) price for each of the vehicles in writing but to no avail. I contacted the General manager ([redacted]) who had the sales manager (Joe [redacted]) submit the 3 breakdowns indicating all the fees and OTD prices. The OTD prices however exceeded the balance of the figures presented. I inquired also about confusing add-on charges. I was ignored. In the meantime, they dropped the price of a 4th Jeep which was ideal and a better match. I tried to get the dealership to respond and was ignored. Using the advertised prices and mandatory fees (sales tax, DMV/Gov’t fees) from the breakdown initially submitted by Mr. [redacted] I presented 4 legitimate offers and wanted an acceptance before going to the dealership. I was ignored. I posted a negative review on [redacted] sharing my experience and the dealership finally replied to my emails, but gave no response to my offers until I inquired again. The response came with an offer to sell only one of the Jeeps and increasing the Gov’t fees. Still the fees presented totaled less than the OTD price being presented, yet again. When I inquired about the discrepancy in his figures and the contradiction in his answers (the law required he do a credit application/check on buyers for all purchases but could not cite the laws). I presented a new set of offers for 3 Jeeps as the one that was ideal for me had been sold (I was finally told). I was ignored again. I was sent a private email that read “Why do you want to do business with us? So far, we have done this to you:” “Why not just buy from someone else?” This let me know emphatically that I was not welcome at their dealership and if I showed up the dealership had no intention of operating with integrity, honoring their advertised prices nor treating me fairly or with courtesy.Desired Settlement: I want the dealership to honor their advertised pricing and do a clean and honest deal. I want to purchase a 2014 Jeep comparable or better to the one that got sold while the dealership was ignoring me and make this situation right. No more games, manipulating figures and deceptive dealings. Stop advertising prices you refuse to honor and ignoring informed consumers to inflate the price and dupe others.

Response:

All of our vehicles advertised are for sale at the advertised price until sold. It is first come, first serve. We are happy to sell whatever we have available when consumers come to to our establishment. We accept cash and offer financing.

Review: Cancelled a extended warranty on 1/21/14 for $1795.00. Finance manager art ransom said it will credit my account within 7 bussiness days. Trying to refinance loan at a lower rate but payoff still does not reflect credit. On 2/7/14 cynthia galindo electronically credited my account supposedly this would post 2/11/14. Today is 2/12/12 still no credit my bill will be past due now because I cannot payoff the balance without this credit they owe me. No one calls me back when I leave messages both of the people named in this complaint. Receptionist tranfered me to parts department when I asked to speak with the manager. Also got transferred to fleet manager for no reason since he cant help me. Their customer service is the worst I ever experienced. Quick to take my money but not so quick to refund it whats mine.Desired Settlement: Post my credit imediately and pay any late fees because it is you who is late with my money. No one even calls me back with info regarding issue.
