Be very careful in ordering from this website and or listening to their commercialsThey are not accredited by the Revdex.com and therefore make profits by misrepresenting facts when ordering their merchandiseAs for the product itself I was afraid to use it since advertisement was used to get one to make a purchase Moreover, it is stated that you are paying $ for a trail size of HydreSenseWhen the package arrives there is only the product and more advertisementTo the contrary they charge your account $because you do not cancel within days which is stated nowhere in the packagesIn addition when you call the company they refuse to allow you to speak to any supervisorRefusing to refund your money back as well This also applies to instalyftrx-skin.com as well who charges me $ for supposedly a trialMoreover, they are both the same company, Appears to be a scam in resultsBUYERS BEWARE Floor Supervisor Lance was so admin in protecting this bogus website that is all he could do and nowhere in email nor product did it state you had to return productThis was a gift and I will never order from these people again PRODUCT IS NOT FDA APPROVED NOR TESTED, USING SNAKE VENON??????

Hi, In regards to Ms. [redacted] , she never expressed to our reps that she was experience any adverse effects from our creams. I am sorry that she was experiencing this issue and want to do something. Looking through her profile, I can see that she was beyond our allotted trial... when she first made contact with our support team. That being said, I have refunded Ms. [redacted] half of her purchase price, for total of $89.97. I wish her the best and I am sorry for her troubles. All the best, ***

I can also see that a credit should have been applied to her account. Unfortunately [redacted] has already started bank proceedings and the money has been taken from our banks to remedy the situation at this time. I wish she would have contacted us first so I could have made this right at the time. This was an oversight in our fulfillment center during our first few weeks of business, but not typical of our operation as a whole.

As time went on it became more apparent that no matter how little I applied my reaction was getting worse. I have attached a few pictures of me after the use of your product. Certainly didn't help my appearance. I insist on a full refund due to the results from the use of your products. Hi ***, In regards to the account for Ms***, she called our call center today 5/19/and spoke with a representative about the product billingWhen the rep tried to offer her a savings Ms*** hung up the phone callAs for our reps putting an account on hold; when they put an
account on hold that stops any future charges from being processed and is indeed permanentWe offer no holds that are done by a certain time frameI am going to refund Ms*** today, although in her own words, she admittedly states that not seeing the terms was her oversightI do feel bad at the timing of the product delivery and the family illnessPlease let Ms *** know that this credit may take a few days to reflect into her account. RE: ***, *** Complaint ID # ***Our site that *** references does not intend to deceive the customer, in fact it even makes potential customers click a box to agree to our auto-ship policyEven with that in mind we did issue Mrs*** two separate refunds for $a piece for
her inconvenienceI can see in her notes that after she called to express her displeasure, and our operator offered the savings, she threatened them with a Revdex.com call and disconnected from the callWhen our agent tried to call again there was no answerI am willing to offer Mrs*** and additional $credit if she has not proceeded with a bank chargeback at this time; as once those begin the crediting becomes out of our hands

productsIn fact, on 6/she negotiated and was given a free bottle of one of our product as well as an online gift voucher good at several storesShe never even mentioned she wanted to cancel, until this letter. All of that being said, I am willing to try and make Ms*** feel better about thisI am going to refund her last two $payments in an effort to help us part amicablyIf this is acceptable please let me know. Both Companies at the same address Hydresence Skin and InstaLyft Rx Support have double charge me for products I did not orderWhy would I have to pay a restocking on products that I did not order? The products that were sent and charged to me on May 13, were never received.The products that were charged to me on May , were refused and returned to the Post Office in Stuart , FL. I have refunded the other half of your purchase in fullI am sorry that you feel you were mislead, as the terms and conditions, and enrollment in the auto-ship are prominent in several spots on our siteI hope this resolves the issue.

I requested a sample onlyCompany sent more and more product and charged me over $1600.- over period of months, for the product I did not want and continuously sent back with the request to stop sending the stuffI only noticed the reoccurring charges at the end of the year when I was doing my taxes
When I finally found a number I could call, they told me "you need to cancel on the website, you should have read the small print etcetc."
Their remedy was to refund me 35% of that last charge - about $40.- after scamming me out of $1600.- DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

As customer has stated she chose to bring this to her credit card company for dispute, instead of us for the refundI am Willing to refund half of the charges, as we are monetarily penalized for every charge she disputedPlease let me know if that would be a compromise that would

an ad targeted to any age groupThe charges on May 13th for $x were for the completion of the day trial periodAgain these terms and conditions are very present in multiple locations throughout the pageAll of that aside, I have refunded all charges minus the $in restocking fees These credits should reflect to your account with 3-business days depending on the bank you have an account with I hope this resolves the complaintIt is not our intention to "target" or "scam" elderly people.
