I am not sure the issue with this customer. She has only been charged the original trial charge, and her subscription was stopped before rebill. I have no action I can do to resolve this, as she hasn't been charged for anything besides shipping. I hope this helps to clarify.

The WORST company to deal with! Once they get your credit card number they charge it and will not reimburse if you are dissatisfied. The $4.95 trial cost me over $400.00 in less than 2 weeks that they say " there is nothing I can do. If you called in the first 14 days we would have cancelled . ". What small print was that! The customer service people kept trying to sell more even when I told them their product SUCKS! They then said I had to try it for 6 weeks for full effect! Doesn't the add say instant with their videos!!!!! Stay away, the worst company I have ever dealt with!

when she first made contact with our support team. That being said, I have refunded Ms. [redacted] half of her purchase price, for  total of $89.97. I wish her the best and I am sorry for her troubles.

Even with that in mind we did issue Mrs. [redacted] two separate refunds for $23.24 a piece for her inconvenience. I can see in her notes that after she called to express her displeasure, and our operator offered the savings, she threatened them with a Revdex.com call and disconnected from the call. When our agent tried to call again there was no answer. I am willing to offer Mrs. [redacted] and additional $56 credit if she has not proceeded with a bank chargeback at this time; as once those begin the crediting becomes out of our hands.

In looking through Ms. [redacted]'s account I can see that the product was indeed cancelled on 12/31/15 by one of our agents. I see she did have quite a few interactions with customer service, however, none of the calls mention a bad reaction; only the price. I see that because...

of this we have given Ms. [redacted] free bottles of product on several occasions at her request. On 10/23/15 she was given free product and negotiated a lower price on rebill, on 12/31/15 she was given more free product as well as an online gift voucher. 
All of that being said we are willing to refund Ms [redacted] $190 immediately, as she had several opportunities to cancel , but chose to receive free product and lower rebill prices. 
Please let me know if this works.

Hi, I am truly sorry that Ms. [redacted] was unaware of the terms of the purchase. In looking through the account I can see that she did speak with an agent on 7/27/15 and agreed to and was issued a $100 online voucher from our company as compensation. She did in fact let out agent know this...

would suffice. However now that I see she was unhappy I have also issued a $44.99 credit back to Ms. [redacted] card. Again, I am sorry that she did miss our terms and conditions before purchasing or product. Please let me know if this helps the situation. Thank you, [redacted]

I would like to begin by stating, we do not target anyone, old, young, or in between. Our product is purchased by a consumer at their own accord. Meaning they click on an advertisement on a web page they are visiting. I just want to make sure that Ms. [redacted] is aware...

that it was not an ad targeted to any age group. The charges on May 13th for $89.97 x 2 were for the completion of the 15 day trial period. Again these terms and conditions are very present in multiple locations throughout the page
All of that aside, I have refunded all charges minus the $20 in restocking fees.  These credits should reflect to your account with 3-5 business days depending on the bank you have an account with . I hope this resolves the complaint. It is not our intention to "target" or "scam" elderly people.

Be very careful in ordering from this website and or listening to their commercials. They are not accredited by the Revdex.com and therefore make profits by misrepresenting facts when ordering their merchandise. As for the product itself I was afraid to use it since false advertisement was used to get one to make a purchase.
Moreover, it is stated that you are paying $ 4.97 for a trail size of HydreSense. When the package arrives there is only the product and more advertisement. To the contrary they charge your account $89.97 because you do not cancel within 14 days which is stated nowhere in the packages. In addition when you call the company they refuse to allow you to speak to any supervisor. Refusing to refund your money back as well.
This also applies to instalyftrx-skin.com as well who charges me $ 5.97 for supposedly a trial. Moreover, they are both the same company, Appears to be a scam in results. BUYERS BEWARE Floor Supervisor Lance was so admin in protecting this bogus website that is all he could do and nowhere in email nor product did it state you had 14 to return product. This was a gift and I will never order from these people again PRODUCT IS NOT FDA APPROVED NOR TESTED, USING SNAKE VENON??????

two additional products that were shipped. that would be for a refund of $179.94. The rest of the funds paid was for the end or trial which was never cancelled. Please let me know if this will suffice, and let us know we have the correct address on file so we may send you a check for the requested funds.

In regards to the account for Ms. [redacted], she called our call center today 5/19/15 and spoke with a representative about the product billing. When the rep tried to offer her a savings Ms. [redacted] hung up the phone call. As for our reps putting an account on hold; when...

they put an account on hold that stops any future charges from being processed and is indeed permanent. We offer no holds that are done by a certain time frame. I am going to refund Ms. [redacted] 89.87 today, although in her own words, she admittedly states that not seeing the terms was her oversight. I do feel bad at the timing of the product delivery and the family illness. Please let Ms [redacted] know that this credit may take a few days to reflect into her account.

free bottle sent to her as compensation for the troubles she had endured. I am not sure what had happened during the last few days that may have changed this, but I want to make sure she is happy. I am refunded her in full for the amount of $67.48 immediately. I hope this matter can be resolved and that she is happy with the outcome.

As customer has stated she chose to bring this to her credit card company for dispute, instead of us for the refund. I am Willing to refund half of the charges, as we are monetarily penalized for every charge she disputed. Please let me know if that would be a compromise that would work? Thank...

Unfortunately the payment has already been removed from our account to credit your account. It is my understanding that even if you cancel a debit card, the associated account will still be credited. Please allow a few days for this credit to show. If it does not then we can proceed with another remedy.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was told by company they wanted me to call on September 30 to cancel both items tried, the rep [redacted], did not cancel this trial for the product. I want the company to cancel any further orders and not send or charge me and I would like them to specifically say so, I am getting a runaround and will stop payment for future charges and refuse product. Can you get them to say my account has been canceled for both products, please! Thank you for your help
