In this situation it looks like our fulfillment center may have forgot to include our information pamphlet to help customers obtain the best results from our product. I can also see that a credit should have been applied to her account. Unfortunately [redacted] has already started bank proceedings and the money has been taken from our banks to remedy the situation at this time. I wish she would have contacted us first so I could have made this right at the time. This was an oversight in our fulfillment center during our first few weeks of business, but not typical of our operation as a whole.

This customer wrote to you to ask for a refund without talking to us first. I am not sure if they are just confused, however, they have been refunded in full.

There is nothing left for me to do. Customer has been refunded in full. She even took advantage of a free online voucher good at several stores which she requested. At this time, there is nothing left for us to refund.

I apologize I never received the response from the company.  The other complaint number was one number before or after this complaint number.  It was against InstaLyft which I believe is the same company as HydreSense.

Thank you for reviewing my file. I did see that my credit card was refunded only for a total of $144.89. 
As you noted I did contact your customer service several times and mentioned to them that I was experiencing problems with the product and they in turn instructed me to use it differently.  To apply less often.  Every time I called they responded in the same manner, like they were reading it from a script and refused to take no for an answer. 
As time went on it became more apparent that no matter how little I applied my reaction was getting worse. I have attached a few pictures of me after the use of your product.  Certainly didn't help my appearance.  
I insist on a full refund due to the results from the use of your products.

I can confirm all products have been cancelled as of 9/22/15. You will not receive any further products or charges .

The messages that you sent me regarding my complaint were going to my spam junk email! I did not receive the messages until now. The company lied to you. They did not give me a full refund. They gave me a partial refund. So no it was not resolved.

I am truly sorry that Ms. [redacted] was unaware of the terms of the purchase. In looking through the account I can see that she did speak with an agent on 7/27/15 and agreed to and was issued a $100 online voucher from our company as compensation. She did in fact let out...

agent know this would suffice. However now that I see she was unhappy I have also issued a $44.99 credit back to Ms. [redacted] card. Again, I am sorry that she did miss our terms and conditions before purchasing or product. Please let me know if this helps the situation.

On 7/15/15 Ms.[redacted] visited our site and entered her credit card information to receive a trial of our product. At checkout, she also checked a box agreeing to our posted terms and conditions entering her into the auto-enrollment program, which unless cancelled becomes a...

monthly shipment. This explains the product she received. Ms. [redacted] never contacted customer service before of after the shipment of products to express her displeasure. As the customer has stated she has taken steps with her bank to retrieve these funds back. These funds have already been removed from our accounts at this time and we will be unable to refund anymore. We will now have to present our case and evidence to Ms. [redacted] bank, which includes delivery confirmations, ip address, and credit info used to make original purchases. I only wish Ms. [redacted] had contacted us originally so we may have put this to rest before it got to this point. Please let me know if I may assist further.

As I stated earlier, the funds had already been removed from our accounts due to the customers dispute filed with the bank. We are unable to refund at this time.

HydreSence was deceitful in not sending any invoice enclosed with each delivery it sent.  Had there been an invoice with the second delivery, it would have alerted me to inquire why I was being charged in the first place, and we would not be in this position at this point in time.I do not believe I should accept a compromise of half the money they charged me for the reason stated above, and will expect to be refunded the total amount charged to my account, as quickly as possible, so that we can put this matter to rest.

Hi, In looking through Ms. [redacted]'s account I can see that the product was indeed cancelled on 12/31/15 by one of our agents. I see she did have quite a few interactions with customer service, however, none of the calls mention a bad reaction; only the price. I see that because of this we have...

given Ms. [redacted] free bottles of product on several occasions at her request. On 10/23/15 she was given free product and negotiated a lower price on rebill, on 12/31/15 she was given more free product as well as an online gift voucher. All of that being said we are willing to refund Ms [redacted] $190 immediately, as she had several opportunities to cancel , but chose to receive free product and lower rebill prices. Please let me know if this works. Thank you for the time.
