to her as compensation for the troubles she had enduredI am not sure what had happened during the last few days that may have changed this, but I want to make sure she is happyI am refunded her in full for the amount of $immediatelyI hope this matter can be resolved and that she is happy with the outcome. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.HydreSence was deceitful in not sending any invoice enclosed with each delivery it sent Had there been an invoice with the second delivery, it would have alerted me to inquire why I was being charged in the first place, and we would not be in this position at this point in timeI do not believe I should accept a compromise of half the money they charged me for the reason stated above, and will expect to be refunded the total amount charged to my account, as quickly as possible, so that we can put this matter to rest

***, Thank you very much for your prompt response to my complaint I did get the emails that I have been credited for two orders per your offerI appreciate your goodwill action, however, I have to disagree with what was said when I called the company on 6/ I absolutely said I did not want that cream that was charged at $98+ That was the whole point of the call The person who I talked to kept redirecting my request, calling me repeatedly Miss ***, telling me I could not cancel, that I just needed to give the cream a try, that I would be very happy if I didThe conversation ended with me feeling frustrated because I did not feel I was being listened to No matter what I said, I was always redirected to what she (the company) had to offer me, to include the "free voucher" to make me feel better This salesperson was not accurate in her account of what I asked for!!! I should have called back promptly but I was just in an overwhelmed place after surgery and chose to stay focused on recovery rather than this issueYou will have all jars in the arrive in the mail this week, not one of them touched I had written the numbers and on the first sample bottles because I was told to use one before the other, but still, as you will see, the jars were not touchedI cannot afford this $charge And I ask for your goodwill consideration to credit me for that bottle tooI'm embarrassed that I got involved in this because had I not been in a post surgery place of pain and not of clear mind, I would never have ordered this product or let it drag on so far without resolve I have read some complaints about the company and if you can do what I ask, I am happy to write a review on your site to say that I was treated very kindly and professionally, that my return was for personal reasons not because the product was bad, which of course I wouldn't know because I never used itThank you, *** *** ***
