[redacted] from company called and explained that the consumer did not have enough credit so they had to pull credit from the consumer's co-signerShe states that the father wanted $off the price for all the dents and dingsCompany stated the internet price was the lowest they could doThe credit application is signed times and there was no purchase made, so the company has nothing else they can do

As Mr [redacted] only had a deposit on the vehicle it was a little more challenging to find any recordsI will be calling him this afternoon for the number of the credit card used and a refund will be issued as soon as that transpiresSorry about the delay and any confusion.

He said he needed us to sign in order to create a profile to write a deal I made an offer on the car that was not even considered because they looked at my wife and daughters income and apparently credit before hand We dealt with other dealerships and none of them pulled credit He never showed us or told us we were applying for credit He made it sound like we were signing to say if they took $off that we would buy it.l, which is something other dealers had doneWe explained we had financing already through our credit union! The salesperson would not listen to anything we said and repeated himself as if he were high The car was obviously beaten up, and the car fax showed it being from New York City All I told him is that if he would take $off of the price, we would take it Very ignorant salesmanHyundai of Bedford will be my last choice for any vehicle purchase If this is not resolved I will make it public knowledge that they are liars, and still do things the wrong way

For your reference, details of the offer does not have to do with the brakes! I was clear that this has to do with the warranty that was sold to meThis was not only shown with direct emails to Frank G***, the new finance manager, but also to the current general manager, Dan A***I spoke to Frank directly on the phone regarding this, who said that only Dan could refund my full amountFrank was asked to have Dan c*** me because despite several calls into him, his voice mail was fullNot only did Dan not c*** me, he did not respond to my emailsI want a full refund of the fraudulent warranty sold to me of $plus tax and interest I've paid on it for over a yearI was sold a basic warranty,instead of the gold warranty I was told I was buyingThe basic covers what my manufacturer warranty already covered up to 100,miles, over what the basic warranty covered! I have *** the proof I need with that fact AND the two warranties I attached to this case showing basic checked off and signed, and then the new corrected gold warranty that Kim sent me with his initials by the corrected mileage after I called him to get me the correct warranty and mileage! reviewed appear below

I should have been made aware that my vehicle was used as a service loaner, not as a demoI was lied to when purchasing this car, service loaners get $1,of dollars off the pricePeople do not take care of service loaner, so I should not have been told it was a demo and brand new at the time of my purchaseI have had nothing but problems with this vehicle and dealershipMy car is still stalling and your dealership sums it up to it being an ECO vehicle, which is not true, so no I am not accepting this "resolution."

The customer is correct in the above situation, she does indeed have an extended coverage known as *** on her vehicle.The individual responsible for the assembly of the paperwork is no longer with us at the dealership, and their inadvertent filing of it as a "different financial product" made it
difficult for us to track it down.The proper contractual paperwork has been filed with the third party from whom it was originally purchased and it should be active for cross reference in our systems in a couple of days.The day it becomes active, we will call the customer to set an appointment to fix the wheel bearing issues she has.As compensation for the paperwork issues, Hyundai of Bedford will pay 100% of her deductibles for the repairs.Respectfully,**General ManagerHyundai of Bedford

Good Afternoon, I spoke to Mr*** and although all the pre-owned vehicles that we sell are sold "As Is" we did come to terms regarding the battery issue that both parties find acceptableMr*** was quite gracious.

We are prepared to assume the cost of upgrading the customer's extended service contract to a five year/100,mile comprehensive service contractPlease let us know if this will work
