We are sorry to hear about the experience that Ms [redacted] had with Idea BuyerWe have no complaints about working with Ms [redacted] The excitement for her product was genuine and still isWhen original communication with buyers was unsuccessful, Idea Buyer was disappointed but did not want to give up on it.? When realizing the contract was expired, Executive VP, [redacted] , contacted Ms [redacted] to explain that Idea Buyer wanted to continue to reach out to retailers for opportunitiesAdditionally, that without written consent to make contact on behalf of her product, we could notMs [redacted] was also informed that a contract extension would typically cost money because of the extension of resources, but that we would waive that because of the belief in Nitwick.? Idea Buyer did a complete revamp on the product's Sell Sheet and PackagingSeveral versions were made to appease Ms [redacted] 's preferencesNevertheless, Idea Buyer wanted to keep moving forwardIdea Buyer created new CADS to be able to get manufacturing quotes for productionWith the intent of producing units to be able to sell and build a record of sales and consumer desire, we received the quotesOur C.O.O., who runs the manufacturing management for Idea Buyer partner products, contacted Ms [redacted] to explain the quotes provided by the manufacturer.? We apologize if something was misunderstood by Ms [redacted] The quote for manufacturing was just that, a quoteThere was no request for money, simply an explanation of what it would cost to go through production.Ms [redacted] became very upset, stating that she did not have money for a production runAt that time, Idea Buyer began to consider the possibility of helping Ms [redacted] by covering, in entirety, her tooling, production and shipping costs through a licensing dealWe had an initial draft created by our intellectual property attorneyShe declined the offerAt this point, Idea Buyer is continuing with the extension of her contractThe outreach to retailers have and will continue, along with the social media and marketing strategy that was just sent to her, without it being included in her original contract.? Idea Buyer has created and delivered all of the deliverables in Mr [redacted] ’s contract and proposal In addition, we have created multiple prototypes of his product that have been shown to retailers in the product’s retail spaceEach improvement to the design was based on input from Mr [redacted] , vendors, and/or other potential customersWhile we agree it is unfortunate that no retailer has pursued this product, our agreement is very clear that we cannot in any way guarantee success for any productFinally, we still believe this to still be a viable product with potential in retail, which is why we extended Mr [redacted] ’s agreement to keep the door open for interest

I am following up with a separate email on the files since we cannot include zipped files and there are an extensive amount of files Became a client on June 16, - attached the proposal and contractThe clients funded their agreement on 6/23/and communication started immediatelyThe client has had two emails addresses in use during our partnership and we have exchanged the following for each email address:Email address - 40+ emailsEmail address - 70+ emailsSeveral phone calls and conferences have taken place as well during our partnershipThe client’s communication has always been positive until we began testing the application through the existing technology that image recognition software providesWe have since built the client different versions and she has refused to approve any of them not allowing our team to continue our work.In June and July of this year is when the client began demanding a full refund after the following has been completed in her contract:-Professional branding completed and approved-Professional app specs wireframes approved-Professional patent filing - waiting on your approval-Professional trademark filing - finished - need client to confirm full legal name and address for filing completion-Professional app design completed and approved-Professional e-commerce website - this is linked to final app approval which is not confirmed yet-Monetization case - confirmed-End user agreement - in process-Target Social Media - confirmed when app is approved-Publicity - confirmed when app is approvedOur agreements are for months because these projects do not happen overnight and we need to work through creative problem solving together as partnersI am attaching the materials and emailing the ones that we cannot attachOur position is the same as it has been since several months ago of telling the client that we have done a large portion of the work and has already been approved, we also have spent additional funds in multiple development versions all of which the client has refused to approveWe want to try and find a way to work together and continue moving forward through development and launch

I am rejecting this response because: The focus was only on the Sell Sheet, which I wroteThe reason we went back forth was because I had to edit and write the Sell Sheet; they were more concerned about selling the products before making themThey promised me on the phone to have me up and running no later than months it's been now months and we haven't even started on the website which was the only thing they planned to do for my $10,After the site was build, they were going to try to sell products we have yet to make! The samples they sent to Ricky's were not the products we plan to sell to the market; it was advertisingThey sent me three samples of what they thought would be a logo or branding mark however, it was very unprofessional and unfit to wrap around a beauty product container, so I suggested that we stick with my original logoWe never had a conversation where everything was fineI was always the person who initiated contact, they never contacted me (one time) with any ideas of moving forwardInstead, they tried to appease me by suggesting they were going to work on my siteHowever, Feb, March, April, May and June went by with no contact from Idea BuyersI'm a small business very small, we've been hurt by this investment and could have used these funds to purchase inventory and advertise the current product line that I already haveNow I'm losing business because I can't keep up with my inventory which may drive me out of business.? If Idea Buyer's would have been honest and informed me that it may take up to two years to get started on my project I would not have sent them a paymentI have lost confidence that I deal Buyer was the right move for me and feel like I was suckered into a deal that they were not qualified to handle; they told me up front that they've never created hair-care products before, but were excited after doing a background check on the marketMy company has been damaged by this investment and I'm just asking for my money back!

Dear Revdex.comWith regard to complaint # [redacted] ? First, Idea Buyers (IB) mentioned that they have been working for us free of charge over the last several months.? I didn’t know we were working on a timeframe.? There are no dates and times on the agendaWe asked for deadlines to be put in place multiple times.? We spent more than a year pursuing a patent for a product we did not have.? We were offering a service, therefore, no patent required .something IB should have known.? IB mentioned the number of emails sent.? The majority of them were back and forth emails trying to set up a time to talk to someone at IB.? I always felt that we were being avoided because they really had no real information to give us.? Common excuses would be ‘away on holiday’ or ‘wrapping up a call’ or ‘need to sit down with other team members’ and ‘away on other business’.I want to address Idea Buyer’s (IB) comments.? He expressed his disregard for the money that was paid.? $is a lot of money to come out of the average person’s purse especially with what we have received in return.? Although [redacted] may not have signed the contract she was heavily involved and also signed the check IB received.? He also showed his sudden disregard for [redacted] like she was not a part of this process as she has been involved from the onset.? ? Professional branding??? What branding have you done? ? ? What is IB definition of branding?? Professional Market research and professional business case could have been found on line ?" google.? We have been working with IB on a web site for over two years and still no operating website.? As far as timing, IB had the ball in their court 90% of the time.? ? ? On the documents mentioning the steps we were to take during the process did not show a date that the steps would be completed.? Trademark ok.? Video refund was provided because IB recognized the poor quality as well.? I still lost money on airline, hotel, and incidental costs, etc.? Good business sense would have been to do the video in my hometown at a reputable videographer location.? There again no regard for my money was shown by IB.With all the outreach done to universities and colleges, etc., still no outcome.Yes, we thought about continuing with IB, but to what end?? We have asked IB to give us an end result forecast to this venture and IB cannot and has not provided an answer.? We started approximately 3/15/and here we are at 7/and nothing.IB claims we were pushing for a new strategy ..what we were actually doing, as we have for two plus years is get IB to understand our vision.? You cannot get skilled nurses out of colleges.? In other words, IB was looking in the wrong places to find what I was asking for.? This is why my vision was provided early in the process.? There were multiple IB employees involved in this process due to high turnover rate or just a smoke screen, therefore, a possible breakdown in communications.IB is offering to continue the steps as outlined in the agenda.? years later we are still on step 1.? We are looking at what could be several years down the road.? For example, if it took years to get to where we are now (step 1)We are looking at more than yrstil start up.? This is unacceptableWe have asked IB since to send us an example of a service oriented company that they have set up.? No response.? IB mentioned that a FULL refund was not in orderAt this point, we deserve a full refund since IB knew at the beginning there was nothing they could do to get this business off the ground.? They just wanted our money.? We were scammed.? Had it been a special tool that we were trying to take to market IB might have had a better handle on what to do.? With new designs, our team did a second round of outreach, per buyer category schedules on July 7, 2017, July 31, and January 5, Updates were provided, including an email on August 31, stating "We are still reaching out to buyers and following up on previously contacted buyersI will email you with any feedback as I get it."Idea Buyer did not receive interest responses from those buyers either.? On January 24, Mr [redacted] began threatening Idea Buyer employeesHis first email stated that he wanted a full refund for "crap services and lies" within three days or that he would be filing a complaint on Revdex.com and FTC.? He spoke to two Idea Buyer employees who attempted to help him and he continued his threatsHe additionally threatened to contact news stations to tell them he is a disabled veteran and "this is how Idea Buyer treats disabled veterans"This threat of defamation is another example of how Mr [redacted] is falsifying his story to get what he wants.? As of yesterday afternoon, he let us know that he had hired an attorneyIdea Buyer legal is now available for that conversation with his attorneyHe also stated, "As promised, I have contacted the Revdex.com and FTC."? It is concerning that the Revdex.com is being misused by a consumer such as Mr***Mr [redacted] is blatantly defaming and slandering Idea Buyer while abusing the use of Revdex.com and FTC.? Like stated at the beginning of the response to Mr***'s complaint, he did not fulfill his contractual obligation, however Idea Buyer didThere will be no refund givenWe respectfully request this complaint be removed as it is and misuses the Revdex.com
