We understand Mr*** frustrations as we too are disappointed that the product did not take off as Idea Buyer list money on the investmentAs stated in our contract with Mr*** under Article Four Number (Attached), we can never promise or guarantee financial gainFurther, we believe that we believe that we have addressed all of the concerns in Mr*** prior closed complaint

I am rejecting this response because: I have yet to be contacted by IdeaBuyer, nor have I been able to get in contact with themAll phones are either disconnected or voicemails are full or are not receiving incoming callsI have sent numerous emails with no response in regards to the status of this projectI would like to know exactly what they feel they have completed within the last year, as I have not seen anything of substance to justify their terms of the contractI am seeking full refund of our investment

The only thing Idea Buyer does is take $and pepare a few documents but only after you send them an email first and then they send an e-blast out to a few manufacturers associated with the productThat's all they doI never received an update from them for several months until I emailed them FIRST, then hours later I received a drawing that looked like it was literally thrown togetherI'm not disputing the email exchange over the last years because I remember sending them all? The nature of my complain is similar to all of the other complaints, they have tons of files on record frim different people but they do little to nothing to promote it as they say they doNice try John??

Hello,? We had an in person meeting with *** *** in our office on FridayFrom the meeting I believe all of his issues were addressed and there are no further issues at this time.?

Idea Buyer has created and delivered all of the deliverables in Mr***’s contract and proposal.? ? In addition, we have created multiple prototypes of his product that have been shown to retailers in the product’s retail spaceEach improvement to the design was based on input from
Mr***, vendors, and/or other potential customersWhile we agree it is unfortunate that no retailer has pursued this product, our agreement is very clear that we cannot in any way guarantee success for any productFinally, we still believe this to still be a viable product with potential in retail, which is why we extended Mr***’s agreement to keep the door open for interest

Upon further review of the complaint, we noticed that it was the same complaint that was submitted 10/10/This has been resolved since and we have continued to go above and beyond.? After the initial complaint he has been in constant communication withOur outreach director has emailed him
numerous times and has not heard any negative feelings from himHer last communication was on October 11, and she was in the process of performing another outreach report for him as I talked to her.? On another note the contract that we signed with Nicholas was a month contractWe have gone above and beyond our contractUs continuing to reach out to buyers even after his contract because we do believe in it.? As per his contract we can not guarantee financial gain, that does not mean Idea Buyer hasn't positioned him in the best possible light to potential buyers.?

I am rejecting this response because:The deal was only agreed upon because we requested that the proposals be added to the contractThe proposal or Offer stated the specifics of what Idea Buyers were offering and whenIt gives a six to nine month timeline and without that we would have not agreed to the deal and spoke in detail about it with *** ***, my Attorney Mr***, *** ***(Member of my organization) and myselfAs you can see on Page of their contract this was addedWithout this being add to the contract and our understanding that the APP would be completed by December no later than March we would have never agreeIdea Buyer has never produced a product that works the correct way or performs the services that we agreed on

*** *** became a client of ours on March 16, 2015, and the contract which she is referencing in this complaint is expired by several monthsWe have continued to work on the client's behalf free of any additional charges during this period of expiration*** is not a client of ours and does
not have any contract with Idea Buyer LLC, so why she is referencing her personal financial situation is confusing to us unless she paid for ***’s package which is not something that would affect our relationship with our client ***.***’s contract and proposal are both attached and so is all of the work we have completed throughout this process which is outlined below:Over emails sent back and forth communicating with the client, and over a dozen phone calls placed as well.Professional Branding - which is not included in her proposalProfessional Market Research - also not included but we did free of chargeProfessional Business Case - also done for her free of chargeProfessional Website - several designs which we can send for verificationThe website we spent several months revising based on the clients requests***Professional Trademark filingProfessional video - this was additional to her package, she was not happy with it and ended up requesting a refund which we provided herProfessional high res creative assets - given to her by requestProfessional sell sheet for marketing purposesProfessional outreach to over nurse practitioner associations and nursing universities by requestWe are also aware of the items in her proposal which we have in process and when we discussed with the client the contract being expired and offering an extension the client refused to allow us to continue with the original agreementShe continued to push on a new strategy while also saying we have not done anything yet which is completely not accurateWe want to find a way to work together but as we described during our last couple of calls and emails we cannot offer a full refund after doing years of work and going above and beyond what is included in our contract and proposalAny items the client is not satisfied with in our original agreement we are willing to honor and resolve

After speaking with Ms*** we feel we have resolved this issueShe has stated that her complaint has been addressed and will be retracting her complaint with the Revdex.com

The company offered me months of free service which I declined? because I had not heard anything from the Company since? I am rejecting this response because: I never received this new sales sheet they sent youI attached the one they sent meThe picture of the label in Japanese was one of four labels they attached here was the only one not in EnglishAbout Tiothey attached here is from my web page they just copied itIdea over they attached is also mine Mr W*** attachment was in August and after I told them that I will be in the States at that timeList of ingredient ? attachment was mine I sent *** *** Doc, I never received, *** *** Market research and financial, I never received and the file was made July 22nd, I had asked many time to send me what they have done, From talking to MR, C*** at the beginning; on the phone, I told him I DO NOT want the label changed but they did, I told MrW*** this after they send the changed label then they send me a sales sheet with the logo change I requested not to do two times beforeAfter telling them the importance of *** ** *** *** and that it is the key point to my product; they left it out of the sales sheetThey also started to say that this is my fault for being so behindI did have a web page with all the information that they required to do their job, I also sent sample in May to Mr C*** but after I told them I will travel; at the beginning of July, MrW*** requested more samples the day before I was leaving for my trip to the States and they blame me for getting the second set of samples lateThen I am switched to a new person; Mr G*** and the process started all over againFor me as a business minded person, I can't work with people who are not listening to the customer, making repeated mistakes, can't understand my product and have no idea what they are doingIf I did the same thing to my customers I would not have a businessFor a product that is already branded, already making sales and has something no other product has; should be easy to doJust put it on shelvesI was told by MrG*** that they are on track for a nine month launch but the product only needs a pipeline to the customer which they hadn't providesAfter I started to get very disappointed with them is when they started to do things, so if I never asked I might still be waiting for work doneThis is not a business I feel is good for *** *** and its futureI just want this ended and get my money backThey say they have done work but they are just copying and pasting; their words not mineMr G*** set up a call time of next week but never calledThen they said the number was wrong, but I had spoken to MrC*** on the phone before, so not having the correct number is my fault? Then I contacted them to find out why they didn't call and they told me the number didn't work; over a a week later, after I contacted them to ask why they didn't callTo me this is not a professional way of doing businessThe customer should not have to request to see work three months after contract was sigh and paid for, a customer should not have to keep repeating himself over and over again, ? a customer should not have to play the blame game and pointing fingersIf they were under my payroll, they would have been relieved of position a long time agoI am in eight different countries now and six of them have been set up in the past month and a half, with sales increasing and my brand getting more attention but I still have not gotten any sales from them at allI even have sales from the States that I made myselfWhat is taking them so long to get my branded product to market? I feel since I am in a different country that they feel I am not a priority and have been put on the back burner till I started to complain and asked for my money back; then they started to move on itIs this proper business ethics?
