[redacted] I apologize about the problems that you have encountered with your Goodman Manufacturing units Company Policy is very clear that a unit must be registered within days of installation in order to receive the year "Registered Coverage" warranty Units that are not registered within the day timeframe, are give the "Standard Warranty" of years I do apologize, however we are not showing that your units were ever registered If your units are registered like you say, please forward a copy of your registration certificate that shows your units were registered and I will update your warranty accordingly Otherwise, your unit would be out of warranty, except for the heat exchanger on your furnaceBest Regards, [redacted]
