At this time, I have been contacted directly by Industrial Chem Labs & Services, Incregarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I was contacted by a Mr Butch R [redacted] on He told me he read the complaint and was going to do things 1.He was email me and tell me what he was going to do 2.He would contact UPS to pick up the chemicals He would send me an invoice showing I didn't owe anything to them For doing this he asked if I would contact the Revdex.com and say the issue had been resolved I told him I would call the Revdex.com and tell them it was taken care of and that I was satisfied He also said he would not expect me to do that until he had done what he had promised Sounded fair to me so I consented to his offer Since then I have heard nothing, and the product is still sitting here In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, Ronald Gerace
