At this time, I have been contacted directly by Industrial Chem Labs & Services, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Chem Labs supervisor called last week and said they would cancel the bill, and send someone to pick up the package in... question. So far, we have not seen anything from them showing they cancelled the bill, and no one has come to pick up the package to return it to them. I will give them until next Monday to take care of this. Please be advised that ICL has emailed a invoice to [redacted] reflecting a zero balance per her conversation with [redacted] ***ICL did issued the [redacted] call tag back in May and that is when the invoice was credited
