I am rejecting this response because: I have not taken the car to another repair shopI do not have the money to
go to a different repair shopIf I had known that I would have gotten back paid for it I would haveI spent $2,dollars at your shop in trusting that they could do the work right the first timeI am a soldierI do not have that kind of money around to go to different repair shopsI had go back and have them do the work againI am very upset with the quality of the work done and that I had to go back more times and having to take time away from work, my little free time I have, having to reschedule plans, and having to ask friends to help me out to get ridesMy wife is pregnant wouldn't you be upset when you are driving a car that you though was safe and trusted a repair shop to do the work right? Do I plan on taking this car to another shop? Yes, I do plan to once I get the money to cover the bill because I do not trust the work they did on my car nor will I ever take my car back to that place ever againI still have not received any kind of phone call from ShanHe said, he would be getting back to me about this issueNot once has he tried to contact meI am hoping that his matter will be taken care of so I can move on. I just got the car not even a month ago there was nothing wrong with my truck before I took it to firestoneI went 10miles after a so called oil change and it blew again there was nothing wrong with it before they did a oil change I have car fax and everything on the truck there was nothing wrong with the truck fire stone did not put oil back in it there is no way they was the last people to touch itThey havent even got in touch with me on what they was doing Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:The business stated in their last response that they would have the area manager contact me within 1-business daysI have not received any contact at this pointAdditionally, prior to contacting the Revdex.com, while my vehicle was still at the place of business, I requested that I be able to speak to the area managerI was told that the area manager would contact me backInstead I was called back by the person that I requested to have my concerns be escalated and told that the area manager would not speak with me and that they would not be replacing my rims as was previously agreed upon by MelissaI am trying to give the business every opportunity to rectify the situation, but so far they have not been able to come through on any of their promisesI am giving the company another opportunity, reimburse me for the cost of the rims the location originally agreed to replace and this issue can be resolved.
