they have asked for credit card numbers and I will not release anything to them as I don't trust them at all. the also want a [redacted] account which I wont give them.  What no one seems to get is that I did not have the card and or number for the new card when this transaction occurred on the 7th of April. I was out of town and it did not arrive at my home until the10th so how could I have enrolled in anything. I was out of town until the 15th.   I DID NOT HAVE THE CARD but I sent you the bill that showed the charge what else do they need.  I will call but I don't trust this company at all[redacted] *

This "service" provides nothing that isn't available free online elsewhere, and then continues posting a fictitious, unauthorized monthly charge to your account. They should be prosecuted and put out of business.

there was no offer, just the company's policy. I acknowledge it is a third party site that continues to harrass me with unwanted emails to complete my signing up for the sight. I was forced to jump through a series of hoops that were tedious and annoying, and after using a lot of time to get into the site, some 15 minutes or so, then it told me that I had to pay a fee to get my own data. so I closed the window. ever since then I've been harrassed to finish signing up. I don't know who they are but their eddress is [redacted]. they don't receive emails at that eddress apparently, as I wrote them at that eddress and it bounced. I don't know how otherwise to reach them, and they won't stop bugging me to complete sign up, which requires payment. I'm busy paying for an indefinite rest home stay for my ailing husband, I don't have mad money for much of anything.

As the old saying goes, "If it is too good to be true, it probably is". With less than 2% "Positive" customer reviews and over 98% "Negative", but a Revdex.com rating of "A" puts a rather negative opinion on the Revdex.com.
As a trial, I "requested" information on myself. It alleged there was accurate information on me and myself and 3 relatives, including one daughter who married, changed her name and moved away over 10 years ago, but is still showed her Maiden name. On another daughter, it alleged that there were criminal records, which are absolutely FALSE.
Fortunately, I did not sign up to pay anything as many other complainants did, but none the less the experience severely discredits the Revdex.com as well as the subject company.

I never used this company for ANYTHING. Then they set up a reoccurring charge for $22 for 6 months. They bounced my account!!! How do you stop this sleaze bag from this fraud. If it was for the fact that my account bounced I would have never caught on that they'd already charged me twice!

I told her my name is STILL on their site, listed in [redacted], and my fathers is STILL on there, listed in [redacted]. and [redacted].  My father still resides at [redacted] cemetary and always will.  He is STILL dead.. I was given the very first run around all over again. How to opt out..Their link DOES NOT work on my computer, so I have called Customer Support and spoken to 5 people..One assured me he had personally removed ALL our information from the site. That was over 2 weeks ago..In my original letter I incorrectly put the end date that I contacted them. I put May but I started in May and was still trying to get this resolved into June. Now July. I appreciate whatever you can do, because I appear to be invisible..Thank You Very Much. (p.s.-I have our last conversation recorded, if that's of any use)

I canceled my account on 4/23 and they continued billing. I have the most recent charge on my AMEX statement showing $22.86 (billed 6/10/14). I have called and spoken with two different CSR's. The first claimed he had no record of me canceling despite me having an email confirmation from them. The second claimed she saw the cancellation but they don't accept AMEX. I told her that this company is on my AMEX statement. She said I could fax her the statements and proceeded to give me a fake number. I called back and another rep said she was not aware of having any fax number available to give out and said I should scan and email the statements to them which I will be doing shortly. Terrible customer service and now being given the run-around.

they have asked for credit card numbers and I will not release anything to them as I don't trust them at all. the also want a [redacted] account which I wont give them.  What no one seems to get is that I did not have the card and or number for the new card when this transaction occurred on the 7th of April. I was out of town and it did not arrive at my home until the10th so how could I have enrolled in anything. I was out of town until the 15th.   I DID NOT HAVE THE CARD but I sent you the bill that showed the charge what else do they need.  I will call but I don't trust this company at all
