The service that is provided is actually the compiling of all the public records data and the sorting of the data into an easy to read format. Checkmate has said they have credited my account in the amount of $388.62. I have 4 payments of $22.86 refunded in the amount of $91.44. An additional $297.18 should be credited, since this is what Checkmate said they have done. The charge of $22.86 has been taken out of my account for over a year. I believe this purchase was in October or early November of 2014. At the very least if the refund was a for only one year then my refund should be no less than $274.32 total.

Understand clearly,  I CALLED YOUR COMPANY THE SAME DAY AFTER SIGNING UP AND CANCELED because the generated report information that you advertised you would get didn't happen. Look at the account activity, you will see a report was ran only on the day that the account was opened and canceled.I'm still requesting a full refund as stated, and your company should honor this due to your representative not doing what was requested.
