although I appreciate the businesses response, I simply find it deceptive business practice to collect fees over a period the service was not used as the business acknowledgedI am not requesting a full refund as I understand the service had some checkbox at the time I signed up, but to keep hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a service that was used time is on no way decent customer serviceI clearly did not realize this service was continuing its charges and request a reasonable partial refund to reflect the minimal amount of service actually providedThe business has stayed I was charged for years of service, year of service was refunded, I continue to request a refund of years of charges and feel the business keeping a years worth of service fees for a one time use is more than fair for a service that should have cost $To my knowledge I received no billing statements or email statements of service indicating I had continued charges during any of the service period.? There is no unsubscribe option for most of the emails being sent.? They are from spoofed e-mail addressesI also did not subscribe to any Instant Checkmate service and paid no funds to authorize suchClearly Instant Checkmate is scamming any and all people who visit their websiteSince Instant Checkmate is partnering in crime by authorizing third party vendors to send pornographic material to minors I am forced to take this to the next level
