This is a scam. My bank charged back [redacted] who is now charging back this organization which reports I cancelled membership as I stated and they continued to bill me while denying service.That is an illicit organization and they have no intent to refund stolen money.[redacted]

The service that is provided is actually the compiling of all the public records data and the sorting of the data into an easy to read format. When a customer pays for a public records search, we do guarantee that we will search every database available to us, however, we cannot guarantee which records will or will not show up in the final report since we are not in control of the records themselves. We simply display records as they are provided to us.In addition, premium databases are also more expensive for us to access, so in an effort to keep our monthly membership costs down, we must charge a small, one-time access fee to compile premium reports for our customers.A premium upgrade is not required to view basic information. Although Mrs. [redacted] cancelled the card, the money still went into back into her bank account because the customer's bank account is still active. The credit card number still links to the account for that reason. The only time there is an issue is when the customer cancels the actual bank account, which is not the case for Mrs. [redacted]. Both refunds were credited back to the card that was used to enroll in our services, and our bank shows that both transactions went through.

Customer Service here is great although management sucks. No bisuness should still be standing with the poor management. I was billed 4times the amount I initially agreed to and management was not willing to refund me my money until I threatened to sue their company for misappropriation of funds. I still never received my full refund in return I just chucked it up as a lost but am sure to write this report.Never Ever Ever Ever Ever purchase public records with this company you are most likely to be dissatisfied with their services and the information the website states they offer is not correct they do not provide full info like they advertise Im really disappointed in the outcome. :( It's My Money and I Want it NOW!!!!

Instant CheckMate is a rip-off. They provide no service for monies received from the customer. Furthermore I don't see how the Revdex.com can still give this company a B+ rating after 118 out of 120 comments are negative. I don't want my money back I simply want the Revdex.com to rate this company and F for their misleading marketing and advertising, and their attempt to gouge the client with "hidden" fees. For a standard 3-month membership, You will be billed $44.58 immediately upon purchase and $44.58 every 3 months thereafter, unless you cancel.

Completely deceptive business practices. They do not give background reports without additional fees charged to your account. No useful information.
I have no idea why Revdex.com would rate them at A- with all the complaints and actions taken against them. I guess Revdex.com ratings don't mean anything.

Some customers are under the impression that when you purchase a membership with our company you are paying for records; unfortunately, this is not the case. The service that is provided is actually the compiling of all the public records data and the sorting of the data into an easy to read format. When a customer pays for a public records search, we do guarantee that we will search every database available to us, however, we cannot guarantee which records will or will not show up in the final report since we are not in control of the records themselves. We simply display records as they are provided to us.
In addition, premium databases are also more expensive for us to access, so in an effort to keep our monthly membership costs down, we must charge a small, one-time access fee to compile premium reports for our customers.
We get our information from local county courthouses and census bureaus. This information is then uploaded to the database that we pull from.
