Your number one goal is to make a customer completely satisfied.
“If the customer is still not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund as customer satisfaction is our number one goal.”
 
If this saying is true by this company I would not be on this Revdex.com complaining like I am.
 
This time let it be accurate and to the point answers that are being given to some inquires.
 
So let it be started again by repeating some already given information
 
When I called to ask for the refund $22.86, the Member Care Person who answered my phone call initially would complete the cancellation without a refund. 
Her behavior was described to you in my first letter.
She was rude and unprofessional in the way she performed.

We also apologize that Ms. [redacted] was unhappy in regards to her phone call with our Member Care team. We will look into Ms. [redacted]’s call with Member Care and follow up with the Member Care Representative to ensure that we do a better job of answering any of our customers’ questions.
 
As there was no definite answer to my questions about this refund, I requested to speak to a Supervisor about it.
After I was put on hold, I was told the 50% return offer is what was offered to me by the Supervisor who was busy and could not come to talk to me in person on the phone.  
Again, I asked for a Supervisor on why full refund is still not being considered.
It was stated I would refer this entire incident to the Revdex.com without speaking to one.
After a longer period of wait time, again I told there is no Supervisor available to come to phone but NOW I could have the 100% refund.  
Where is this statement written as I am only seeing in a reply in this Revdex.com inquiry?
 
In certain instances, a 50% refund is offered as a courtesy when a customer is unsatisfied or confused about the terms and conditions that they agreed to. “As a courtesy” and “as a gesture of goodwill"
 
Now I am asking why the 100% (more than 50%) refund that was made to me, being the compliant, considered being “As a courtesy" and "as a gesture of goodwill"?
 
Who actually is writing or composing this statement “As a courtesy" and "as a gesture of goodwill"?
I consider it to be as giving a reply with no direct answer.
Thus there does not seem to be a definite way to get a full refund from this company.
 
I am wondering if this Revdex.com complaint was considered to be a certain circumference so it would put an end to my basic questions.
 
 
It is being considered a professional insult to have the term confused in this reply:

"......both refer to the fact that a customer was provided with and agreed to the Billing Details, Terms of Use, and Disclaimers, but were not satisfied or may have been confused with what they agreed to."
 
From these emails, does it mean I am considered to be a consumer who is not satisfied (the first request on the phone would have none of this going on) “or may have been confused with what they agreed to."?
 
Which type of a consumer am I considered being?
 
As for our recurring billing model, we would like to point out to Ms. [redacted] that our Billing Details and Terms of Use state: 
 
Instant Checkmate offers three standard Membership Plans.
 
All Membership Plans are billed up front for the entire term selected.
In these descriptions of the Standard Membership plan with a........... Term: 
 
Thus, there are no ways one is entitled to a refund.
Please state in your reply why there are no deadlines in getting a full refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Hello,   Today I find 5 more credits of $22.86 and one of $1.99 (dated 7/15/2015) from instantcheckmate, these credits total $116.29. Subtracting $116.29 from the balance owed of $253.35 leaves $137.06 still owed to me according to the settlement offer of instantcheckmate made through the Revdex.com. When the $137.06 is paid to my account, I will feel the issue is resolved. Thank you, [redacted] 7/16/2015    Upon checking the bank account associated with this at 8:00PM EST today 7/15/2015 there were no refunds credited to my account other than 7 credits of $22.86 on 6/26/2015 totaling $160.02 from instantcheckmate. Agents of instantcheckmate have told me on the phone previously other refunds were made some weeks back but these do not appear in my account. My bank can affirm this if needed.     The instantcheckmate letter in the Revdex.com email in response to my complaint states a $413.37 refund has been issued. $413.37 minus 160.02 = $253.35. Instantcheckmate still owes me $253.35 according to the statement in their letter to Revdex.com and myself in response to my original complaint.        Thanks to the Revdex.com for their assistance in resolving this issue.   [redacted] 7/15/2015

Really should have checked the Revdex.com site before I signed up for this service. Not only was a lot of the information inaccurate, it was also incomplete. I associated a private/personal email with my account, thinking that this was a company that can be trusted. Wrong. I immediately began getting all kinds of spam and phishing emails on this address, which until then only a few friends new about. It was like someone turned on a faucet of email filth, and I have no doubt that this site sold my address to these marketers. The card I used to pay with was also compromised, and my suspicions are that it came from that transaction. Chase alerted me, and I hope they can nail the bs.
