I did a search and found limited information When I called today to ask for a reimbursement of the charge that was assessed days ago, they were unwilling to reimburse me for this month upon cancellation They said that I still have access until the end of the next billing month, but that is not what I want I only wanted the one report (it was not thorough), and I did not realize that it was still charging me When I asked if this month's fee could be prorated and reimbursed, since I am days into the next billing month, they refused to do so, as well My record on my account shows that I only used the service for the one search and it just seems like good business to win customer trust by reimbursing for unused services when the customer goes to the trouble of calling and asking I was surprised at their unwillingness to help me out I feel trapped by checkmate I will not use their services again, and I will encourage my friends to steer clear of this company
