Revdex.com: Just to clarify, I was not confused about the services providedMy complaint against the company was that it did not provide any of its services, but went ahead and billed meI never got a report, let alone a PDF file of itI have saved the emails in which I requested my money back, all of which include specific instructions to never bill me again in the future eitherIf the Revdex.com or Instant Checkmate would like to see them, I would be happy to provide copies of themMy other complaint was that they billed me a month later, totally without my authorization and once again, without having provided any actual servicesThe whole time they kept saying that they could not find an account associated with my email addressI don't understand, then, how can you bill someone for a nonexistent account? Also, they said they never received any email complaints from meHow is it that they can never find anything related to my account to resolve the issue, but they have no problem finding unauthorized access to my bank account? What was advertised on the Checkmate site was that you were able to get a complete backround check including criminal history and financials After paying a month subscription for $26.82, the site asked me if I wanted to print out the information for an extra $for the entire month My feelings were that this should have been included in the $ Furthermore, the background only gave me current address and telephone information In order to obtain the criminal and financial information, I would have to pay an additional $ The company is very sketchy and dishonest I called Checkmate and let them know about my dissatisfaction The customer service representative dodged the issue and said that they would only make me pay 1/of the $and that I would still have to pay the $to print I called the company as soon as I ran my first background check (minutes after paying) and they still wouldn't give me a full refund This website is very deceptive and offers little information for anyone to really find out someone's character Checkmate probably had the positive reviews written by company employees themselves Please do not use this site It received stars when looking up sites with background checks There is no way that this is valid
