I canceled my account on 4/and they continued billing I have the most recent charge on my AMEX statement showing $(billed 6/10/14) I have called and spoken with two different CSR's The first claimed he had no record of me canceling despite me having an email confirmation from them The second claimed she saw the cancellation but they don't accept AMEX I told her that this company is on my AMEX statement She said I could fax her the statements and proceeded to give me a fake number I called back and another rep said she was not aware of having any fax number available to give out and said I should scan and email the statements to them which I will be doing shortly Terrible customer service and now being given the run-around
