A terrific company to useFirst my evaporative coil went outI have a home warranty (Choice Home Warranty) that would not cover the claim saying the unit was corrosiveCalled several companies, Intelligent Design said they would send a tech outThe tech arrived on timeTold him the story about the coil and that I had contacted the manufacturer to see if it was still covered under warrantyTold no because someone failed the register the ac unit after the install eight yrs agoThe tech, ***, wanted to give them a call which he did and yes it was under the year warranty*** explained many things to me about AC's in general ant the proper way to keep it maintained on a yearly basisHe gave me a great estimate for labor and we will have Intelligent Design do the workI highly recommend this company and *** for going above and beyond a "typical techs" dutiesPlus I will add their service contractAsk for ***, you can not go wrong

Intelligent Design Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing, went above and beyond my expectations They replaced my furnace filter system with a modern filter that only needs to be replaced every three months and is better at reducing dust in the house I recommend this company to every one who asks about having AC or furnace work done

Intelligent Design has not sent me a $check to cover a manufacturer's rebate that has been delayed
On October 12, I purchased a Lennox gas furnace (model SLXXX-XX) and air conditioner (model XC-20-60) from Intelligent Design Air Conditioning and Heating The system was installed on October 15, and payment was made in full on October 16, Included in the purchase agreement was a $rebate that was to be mailed from the manufacturer (Lennox) A note in the purchase agreement indicated that the rebate could take as long as weeks
On December 17, I talked with *** at Intelligent Design and asked him to check on the status of my rebate
On January 14, I talked with *** and he told me that Intelligent Design needed to submit photos of the installed units to Lennox in order for Lennox to finish processing the rebate
On January 15, a technician from Intelligent Design came to our house and took photos of the installed units
