Our service with Intelligent Design Plumbing was great! Our first consultation was through and professionalThe plumber fixed our immediate problem and we were made aware of two other problems we hadI felt overwhelmed with the extent of the work that needed to be done and the service person assured me that I had options and explained everything in great detail(Twice actually, because minutes after he left, my husband returned home, and the technician completed the consultation again over the phone with my husband)Work was done on the day we decided on and in a timely mannerWe have had our air and heat done through Intelligent Design and now we will continue any plumbing needs with this great trustworthy company!

My AC recently went out and I contacted Intelligent Design to see about installing a new system They sent a representative out within a few days, providing me with a window ac unit in the meantime I purchased new ac Amana units which were installed within daysSeveral weeks later the company's owner stopped by my house to inspect the work and go over the invoice with meI recommend Intelligent Design for the following reasons: prompt response, the work was completed within days of my first call to them, the ac units are Amana and American made with a lifetime warranty, the company is a christian company and the company followed up with their service to ensure that the products and work were done properly Excellent company

I called Intelligent Design for A/C service and checkup I chose them because they are on the Rosie on the House list of approved contractors
The tech was on time and carefully inspected our ten year old HVAC system He suggested a couple of things that were critical needs and a few others that were suggested repairs I asked him to do the critical repairs He had the parts with him in the truck and did those at the time of the service call
I have found my HVAC service company I am pleased

The technician explained the problem with my old A/C unit and gave me the options on what I could do to fix itHe was knowledgeable and didnt try to just sell me a new A/C In the end, the best option was a new A/C, but even then he suggested keeping all working parts I felt like he was trying to save me money, and I appreciated that
The installers were nice, punctual, and easy to communicate with I was please with the quality of the installation
The technician who replaced my anode rod was very helpful as well I know how to replace it myself, but the price of the rod and installation was economical enough that it was worth having him do it for me
The last maintenance call was slightly less that stars, but they are promtly sending out another technician to take another look at the A/C unit, so that makes up for maybe a star visit

Excellent does not show the outstanding work from the *** (the sale person) that came to our house and explained to us exactly what we needed to have a fully operating heating and AC unit He showed us several different options without pressure We scheduled the installation a couple days before Thanksgiving When the installers arrived they realized they would not be able to install because of faulty electrical box Do to their outstanding service, this problem was eliminated and on the very next day they were able to install the new heater and AC unit The problem with the electrical box prevented further problems down the road Again, outstanding workmanship and every aspect from sales to installation was beyond approach I will recommend to anyone in the Green Valley area that needs this type of maintenance to contact Intelligent Design Also, keep in mind we have year warranty on the AC unit No other company that we contacted offer that warranty My wife and I are extremely happy with the entire outcome and very warm with a constant degrees *** and *** ***
