The installation was professionally done. Issues after the installation was very responsive professionally corrected. Left work site clean. Intelligent Design continually conducted follow-ups after the installation to issue unit was properly functioning.

We found Intelligent Design Air Conditioning & Heat by a deal on Angie's List. Am we glad we did! While plumbing is not in their name, they provide plumbing service. They came out to fix an outdoor plumbing issue which was done promptly. After asking them to check our water heater as it had not been serviced in a while, they confirmed our suspicions that we needed a new one. We were given options and after good discussion, we opted for not only a new water heater but a new water system which did not require electricity or salt. Each person who came out to provide us service was polite, professional and best of all explained everything they were doing. We have had the new system now for 6 months and we could not be happier. Intelligent Design Air Conditioning & Heating will be our go to company for all our plumbing needs.

The sales crew followed up, at our request with no pressure after major failure in our 13 year-old exchanger and loss of fluid. They each explained options and benefit for our family. The installation crew performed the whole job as promised, with total independence for removal of old equipment, re-model of hook ups, installation of Lennox machine.

After our air conditioning unit stopped working in June, my husband found Intelligent Design on Google. Their website was very informative and the wonderful reviews regarding the company's knowledge, professionalism, integrity and excellent service made the decision to call them an easy one. We also appreciate and support Intelligent Design being a veteran owned business. The owner, [redacted], and [redacted] spent time thoroughly going over the best system choices for our home's size. There was never any pressure to over buy a more expensive unit that would've been unnecessary. Within a few days, our new air conditioner and heat pump were installed! The installation team, [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted], were very knowledgeable in addition to being professional and took time to thoroughly explain the new Lennox system to me and set the new thermostat. The 24/7 repair commitment Intelligent Design includes is also a major advantage as I needed to call later that evening for an adjustment on the new unit and [redacted] was there within 15-20 minutes to take a look and make the adjustment. We highly recommend this company and will also call them when the needs arises for any plumbing repairs in the future!

They were 4 hours late, but they did fine with keeping me updated..they had an emergency, which I understand. They replaced my water heater from 5:30-7:30 pm on Friday night..it was hugely helpful to get it done the same day! (I own rental property and my renter was able to wait for us that day..re scheduling would have been a pain.) They "broke" my renter's spigotbut this is very old plumbing, so they said it was about to break anyway and replaced it during that visit for free. I wasn't able to get hot water for multiple days; immediately after the installation I had it. They quote you the actual pricenot an estimate and they were fine with my mom researching prices before committing to using them. I used a group to schedule a inspection, called them to get my water heaters replaced, and called them back to schedule a second spigot replacement..and I got a follow up call asking how things went. Every staff member has been 100% professional and very friendly. I have very pleased and will definitely use them again with other rental property.
