Review: I requested refund the next day I signed a contract for Interface to take pictures of my son, According to their contract/policy only written request is acceptable for refund within 3 days. I requested refund the next day I signed the contract and have proofs of mailing it within 24 hours of signing the contract. Tracking info shows that Interface received my letter within 3 days. So Far I have called them 10 times with no results, every time I was transferred to [redacted](Existing Customer rep) and every time I was given same answer, "I will ask them to prioritise your request." It has been 4 and half months and I do not have my refund of $595.00 yet. PLEASE HELP.Desired Settlement: Interface should Refund my money ASAP.

Review: Within hours of signing our contract with InterFace, we decided it was not in the best interest of our child to go forth, (mainly due to poor business reviews we found on line)
We proceeded to follow the cancellation policy, as outlined in the contract, and sent a certified letter in the time period required
Payment was to be refunded within days, per the contractIt is now + days and we still have not received our refund
I have called he company numerous times regarding our refund, and each time I get a different response about the status of the refundMost recently I called and asked to speak with a manager regarding our issue and was informed there was no manager to speak withAfter ending that call and calling again I asked for a manager right off the bat, I was transferred to someone whom stated she was a manager and she assured me she was going to get our refund out and would call me back with a tracking number for our refund check as she was having it sent via priority mailTwo days have now passed and I have not heard from the womanI have called and left her voice mails, with no response
I have a record of all contact we have had with Interface, including dates, times and names of those we have spoken with.Desired Settlement: A prompt, overnight delivery or at least priority mail delivery, of our refund check

I am rejecting this response because:

My family has been promised by numerous Interface employees and yourself that a refund will be made. We have STILL NOT received a refund check, it is the end of May. Your original response stated that our refund will be expedited. I would like to resolve this matter, for my family it's been 8 months and we continue to count the months! The interface department that handles refunds said it would take 10 days to 2weeks for a refund. Even with changes being made within interface it has been several weeks we have been corresponding, and still no refund check. A check # but no check! No time frame! Surely someone is cutting checks for interface!

Review: On 3/16/13 I entered contract with Interface paying for my toddler son [redacted], paying $1500 for 3 years of service, including 3 photo shoots. First photo shoot was done in their Norwalk office. One year later I called to schedule 2nd photo shoot, and after receiving a schedule date in Norwalk, I started receiving calls from NJ office (I didn't even know there was a NJ office) saying I had to go to NJ because Norwalk was closed (claim made in February 2014). After complaining and saying I'd like money back b/c I felt misled to have to go out of state for services, suddenly Norwalk was 'open' again. My main complaint, is that I have been unable to get in touch with Interface. I have sent email requests, made phone calls - every time I call there is an automated voice message "All circuits are busy, please try your call later." No response to me emails. I requested my son's information from 1 year ago be updated - they have not updated it. On their website - on my sons page, there is an option to "request activity report" - this would show the attempts they've made to find work for my son and when you click on this option, a message comes up that say, "REQUEST NOT SENT". I feel that Interface is not working for us anymore and I paid $500/year for their services and if they aren't responding to me and I can't get through, then I question if perspective clients seeking talent can get through. Therefore I would like $500 back for period 3/16/15 - 3/16/16. They haven't done much for us in the first 2 years and now I have no way of getting in touch with them, so I doubt they will help us in this time period. I would really like ALL my money back.Desired Settlement: $500 refund.

Review: Our family entered in the business with Interface, we paid for their serviced and they haven't been fulfilling their part of the agreement. We are still due two photoshoots that are already paid for through the company. They do not pick up their phones or they are disconnected. We paid approximately 2500.00 total for the services.Desired Settlement: We would like to be refunded y money that was paid to them.

Review: Interface Talent Service on [redacted] initially on Oct 3, 2012 promised me services in all phases of their industry. They interviewed me and at that time I told them of my talents. They sold me very hard and said that they used more people my age than younger clients because there was less of clients in my age bracket. I auditioned by singing in her office which I should have been suspicious at that time but was very excited about getting started. I paid them $50.00 October 28, 2012 I paid $300.00 for a photo shoot. I kept calling them randomly, got hung up on by young receptionists, and I called the home office in [redacted] and an administrator assured me that I had to be patient and that I would be called. On August 9, 2013 I paid them 1175.00 and then she said she would add another 3 years to my use of my website if I added $225. All of this comes out to $1,700.00 that I spent which was a major sacrifice for myself of having to borrow. They have lied to me each time I called and they have trained their workers accordingly They said that they could us me in modeling my hands, I took pictures for the photo shoot and I certainly paid for them many times over. They had me paying 9.95 a month for a website that only I could see and 9.95 for Back Stage Magazine which I learned later that the website was only to download my pics only.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund every penny that I paid them. $1988.00

Review: Dear Sir, Madam - My son and I were approached by InterFace representatives in a mall and insisted that we visit their office as the company needed someone just like our son for an H&M advertisement. After receiving several phone calls, my wife and I took our son, [redacted] (client name) to their office on March 19th, 2014. We were put in front of their director, [redacted] spoke extensively and never even once mentioned that we would have to pay upfront for their service. At the end of her speech, she took out a rate sheet and said that we should go with the $1,495 package. I told her that this is very expensive and that my wife and I need time to think about it. [redacted] said that we are doing a disservice to our son and that in the least we should book the appointment. We agreed to just book the appointment and not pay as yet. [redacted] said that she needed the credit card just for booking purposes. However, when she came back to the office, she had already charged my card for $1,495. I was surprised and said that I had told her that I was not yet ready to make a payment. In any event, we went straight to the post office and sent in a written request (with return receipt) to cancel the contract and requested a full refund the same day. I called InterFace on March 21st when I received the return receipt and InterFace's client services department confirmed that the contract has been cancelled, photo shoot has been cancelled as well, and that I should expect a check within 30 days. It has been close to 2 months. I have spoken with [redacted], [redacted] and many others in their client service department. I have even been given a check number and that is [redacted]. However, every time I call I get a different response and a different check number that has been written and sent in my name. I really need your help to get my refund back - this company is breaking the legal terms of its contracts. Thank you.Desired Settlement: As per the contract terms, the company is supposed to issue us a full refund of $1,495 within 30 days of cancellation request. We cancelled the contract within 3 days as per the contract terms. I have proof of cancellation in the form of a return receipt. It has been close to 2 months and we have not received a refund as yet. Every time I called, I was told that the check has been processed and that I will be receiving the same shortly. Until yesterday, when I called, the customer representative said that it will take much longer to get the check as they were busy with other refund requests. I told him that per the contract, InterFace should have refunded me several weeks ago. He agreed but could not say anything else except for asking me to wait.

Please re-open my case against lnterFace as I still have not received a refund from the company. I have called them several times since lnterFace responded to you saying that they will send my refund check in an expeditious manner. Every time I call, | get an excuse saying that the check will be mailed next Friday. It has been over 3 months and legally, per the contract terms, lnterFace was supposed to refund me my check within 30 days.

Thank you for your assistance.

Review: This company promised me and my children that they would work tirelessly on our behave to help the children get modeling or acting jobs. The children stated and show cased their various talents as well did head shots thru that company for $833/child. They stated that the children were just what the industry was looking for. They said there was some projects in [redacted] at the time and that it should be no problem getting them in. Instead I would call for the marketing director, [redacted], and get no return call back. In fact, they would drop the call or just filter it to voicemail. Calls to the manager, [redacted], went similarly and a [redacted] called and told me contact him instead of [redacted]. However, calls and e-mails to [redacted] where unsuccessful as the phone was out of service or no longer a valued e-mail. Although, the transaction took place at the [redacted] location in **, [redacted] represented the NJ office which is also the parent company. Additionally, I was unable to pull-up the [redacted] location when filing this complaint.

This company charged us $1950/child for this “tireless work “ that they were going to be doing on our behalf. This was supposed to be for 3 years of marketing service including head shots re-takes. This company didn't market on behalf of these children and the children haven't had re-takes so I am requesting a full refund as I have requested from Interface. I know that the company wasn’t marketing the children because the only time that you got any kind of response from them was after attempts were made to contact them. Furthermore, the initial contact individuals never responded to request for return call backs. Though the children's broken promises and disappointments can't be repaired the finances should be. Only one of my 3 children has heard from an agent due to Interface and this only after a response to my calls to the company. Had they been genuinely fulfilling there contract an attempt wouldn't be made only as a result of my repeat phone calls and they would have been able to return phone calls as requested. It makes no sense that we never heard from [redacted]. The money paid is not deserving for the lack of service.Desired Settlement: I would like Interface to reimburse me the $5850 that they charged me for 3 children for marketing and to have head shot retakes. There actions have been shady and unprofessional and they have not delivered what they hype and advertised. I don't want an effort to be made now to do what they should have from the beginning. I just want my money so we can move on. The children are already disappointed and distrustful.

Review: I went in for a "free" consultation as they said and they pressured me into giving my card to reserve a photo shoot slot where they lady kept swiping my card until it finally accepted an amount of $300 after multiple attempts of higher amounts that declined. I followed the refund process as they told me to do within the deadline and it's been about 5 months and I still fav bit revived my refund. I have called multiple times and I've gotten no where. They have not refunded my money and they don't seem motivated to do so. I've been waiting months for my $300 refund and they keep telling me it will come in the mail eventually.Desired Settlement: I would like my $300 refund as soon as possible and I would like CEO or management notified about the ridiculous customer service that I have been waiting almost half a year for my refund!!!

I am rejecting this response because:

It has been over six months and I have not received my refund. They are playing games! I've been more then patient and I'm tired of waiting for my money. Everytime I call them they tell me lies about the check will be here in two week and every two weeks they tell me the same thing. I want my money now I'm tired of their games and excuses. All those excuses about short staff doesn't have anything to do with me and my money. And once again it's been 6 months!!!! Are you serious? In 6 months I have yet to receive my money!!!!

Review: The 2nd of April this year recruiters INTERFACE invited to sign the contract for a photo shoot for my child [redacted] with the promise that he might become a model for the sum of 755 dollars. Accepted sign for if there was a change of opinion it could cancel. By which send a letter of cancellation by mail with proof of delivery on Friday, July 4. This was delivered within the deadline set by what they agreed to cancel the contract and return the money, which they have not done to date. The call hundreds of times and always have an excuse and promise that refund check to arrive in 2 weeks; this since 4 months ago.Desired Settlement: refund my money as soon as possible

Review: Interface Talent Network is a complete fraud, building up all these promises, making you pay thousands then dropping you flat. I even called their office several times asking is there is something I need to do. Nothing but silence. To pay out all that money and have absolutely no return is devastating. These people wasted my time and money and are cowards that hide in silence. They should not lie to people and tell them they have a chance then just waste everything and steal money. I hope they are shut down for their dishonest dealings and cowardly tactics. What woke me up was that a real talent agency told me that it is not correct for an agency to take money at the beginning. They are to make money if I make money.

Review: I was charged $3,500 for a 3 year contract. I was told I had full access to my child's photos. My son was promised marketing, modeling, and an agent. We spoke with the company in June and they wanted to charge us an additional $800 in August for them to look into his contact for renewal. The company went out of business I no longer have access to my sons photos or information as to whether they tried marketing him at all which we paid for. My husband and I have called this company countless amount of times and left several voicemails and have received no callback or information. Now this company is closed and out of business I do not have the pictures that we paid for was never told that they closed or moved. We feel like we were ripped off. Several supervisors were spoken to and no information was given. We would like a refund back.Desired Settlement: $3,500 for the 3 year contract and the $800 for the review of contact. All my son's photos that we paid for but no longer hAve access too.

Review: On June 25, 2014 my fiance and I attended an interview at Interface for a possible modeling career for our son. When the interview was over they set up a photo shoot for June 29, 2014 and asked that we pay $775, which is what the photo shoot was going to cost. My fiance and I had an uneasy feeling about the situation, so before signing anything we asked the woman interviewing us if we decided not to go through with the photo shoot, could we get our money back? She explained and highlighted in the contract, we were about to sign, that if within 3 days of the execution of the agreement we sent in a letter, via certified mail, saying that we did not want the photo shoot and wanted our money back, that our money would be returned to us within 30 days, in full, via a company check. Upon her pressuring us, telling us that we should pay it just to insure a spot, we did. My fiance and I left there and decided that neither one of us felt comfortable going through with the photo shoot. We immediately went to the post office, wrote a letter to them asking that our money be refunded to us in full and that we had decided against the photo shoot. We tried to contact them several times to make them aware that we sent in the letter. When we looked on USPS, the letter was received by Interface on June 27, 2014. We waited 20 business days and still did not receive a check from Interface, so we filed a fraud suit against them with our bank. Interface rebutalled the claim and said they had taken pictures for us and gave us services, so they were not refunding the money. Our bank sent a letter, telling us this, to our old address so we never received it. Because of this, their hands are now tied and they can not assist us anymore. They told us we would have to fight Interface for the money or put a claim through with Revdex.com. We have tried to call the company several times using 4 different phone numbers of theirs and every time an operator comes on and says that all circuits are busy and to try laterDesired Settlement: We are asking that Interface honor their contract and refund us $775 in full, which is what we paid to them.

Review: On day of July 29, 2013 I visit the office of InterFace modeling agency located at 1881 Worcester Road in Framing ham MA. I signed a contract and paid $595.00 for my son [redacted] to receive services from the company. [redacted] was the Development director that I spoke with. I told [redacted] that I wanted more time to think about whether or not I wanted to continue with the contract. She ensure that if I changed my mind canceling the contract was not a hard process. The following day I called the office and told them to cancel my next appointment and I explained to them that I would mailing in my letter canceling my contract. On July 31, 2013 I typed up my letter wanted to cancel my contract and mailed it to Inter Face via certified mail. I called InterFACE August 1, 2013 and received confirmation that letter was received. The representative on the line told me that it would take up to 30 days before I received my refund.

I called InterFACE back in the month of Sept. and and told them that I hadn't received my refund. The representative told me that the company was in the process of switching Finance Companies and the check was en route. I called back in Jan of 2014 and was unable to get any information of why I hadn't received my refund. The person I spoke was not able to give me any other information except that the check was mailed. I asked the representative if he could provide me with a tracking number for the check? Yet again he exampled he couldn't give me any other information. I called again in Feb and I went thru the same mary go around. Tomas the rep I spoke to was unable to give me any information. I letter was sent to Interface from my attorney Framme Law requesting a full refund about 45 days again but yet there has been no response.Desired Settlement: A fully refund and apology.

Review: I previously made a compliant on 4/7/14 about not receiving my refund from 12/2013 for my daughter [redacted] It is currently 7/9/14. I have still not received my refund from 5/2014 when Interface inform Revdex.com they would refund me. I find it very disturbing at this time that I am still waiting for a refund. I did everything on my part to get my money back as requested by the company. Every time I call Interface for some reason I am unable to get a real response or the phone gets discounted. I was last informed the address was wrong in May. I don't know who you received the wrong address and the check was never returned.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund for the deposit I made and any other payments charged to my card for the website access. I believe at this point I should receive free access to their talent website at least.

Review: I had a appointment to go to the office in New Brunswick. I spoke to [redacted] or[redacted] and we went over everything I signed a contract and was told if I wanted to cancel I had to cancel within 3 days. I went home and went online and started reading the reviews and I decided I was not going to go through they're agency. I went to the post office and overnighted the cancellation letter the next day. I called and notified them that I had cancelled and explained why I cancelled and was told I would get a refund in 30 days it has now been 7 months and I have yet to receive my refund. Interface assured me that if I wanted to cancel it was my right and it would not be a problem. I have been calling them for 6 months 3 to 4 times a day and they have been telling me my refund is in the mail, the checks went out with the wrong numbers, they changed merchants and they have to rewrite the check and the last time I called them was in July and the assured me my check was on the list to go out, It is now August. I called them 08/15/2014 and 08/18/2014 the phones are going to voicemail. I am advising everybody not to use this Agency they are full of games and lies and can not be trusted. They have no intentions of giving anyone their money back, once you leave the office your money is theres. The customer Service reps are just doing their job but some of them know what they are doing. I spoke to one rep he said he hasn't got paid yet and this was his 3 week their if they dont pay their employees their not going to pay us. I have been calling them at least 1 week every month.Desired Settlement: I want my full amount of $980.00 plus the $19.00 for the overnight fee.

Review: Around end of May 2014 my family was approached by an Interface "Scout Rep",at a mall in [redacted] because we have a Toddler and they offered to have my son photographed professionally, because they said there was such an open market in [redacted] for children for modeling, etc. We took the info and well called to make an appt just to check it out. After we got there, on 1/9/14 [redacted], a Mgr, called us in, they pushed and pushed, then called his manager who kept saying over and over that my son had such a great smile and personality, bla, bla; after a good while we gave in and paid $975 on a credit card, very hesitant still, but thought to give my son, [redacted], a chance like they said. They gave us an appt for his photo session which we went to on 6/14/14. We spent more than half a day waiting for the photo session and another couple of hours in and out changing the baby's clothes for each different session. After the photos were reviewed and they call us into another room with a different manager for marketing which then explained things differently and said we had to pay another fee to market the pictures to different agents, we said that they didn't explain that the first time we came and made it seem like the $975 was the only thing we were going to pay. She insisted and kept on saying that since we did the pictures the only way to get [redacted] out there was to now pay the extra fee to market him,bla bla. Silly us, we fell for it after they "supposedly" brought down the price for a 2-yr agreement which included some picture cards, a extra photo shoot, etc. So again, we paid $800 this time on a card. She, [redacted] gave us a site to visit to check on the status of his marketing info, etc., but only after 3 months. Well I did, over and over, even called a couple of times and she reassured that it would be ok. Well, here we are Jan 2015 and after messages, emails, no responses from anyone. We want our money back - no product for services paid. We feel used and taken for pretty much suckers.Desired Settlement: Our family is wanting our money back, all of it, which equals $1775. [redacted] we did this only thinking he might have some fun being in some kind of activity. But that at a cost where we sacrificed this money, we're still paying the debt plus interest AND we never received the services that were offered. I tried to email even their "main" office in New Jersey, but haven't received any response, and no one responds anymore. So now what!!! We want our money back...

Review: I was in [redacted] in [redacted], when a young girl took my attention and she told me: " I work for Interface, a company that is looking for people that has a special talent to become an actor, actress, singer, etc and want to be famous...". She said this bacause of my little daughter who is a very outgoing and smart girl, so she took my number and told me that someone will contact me for an appointment. So, like a week later someone call and said that they want to set up an appointment to meet and see my daughter, who was well recomended by this person who took my phone number when we were in the mall. My husband and me, after several calls from Interface accepted to go and meet a person who was supossed to be selecting people with special talents. On June 15,2014 we went to their location in [redacted]. First we were interview by a person called [redacted] who was a SeniorDevelopment Director and talked to us about our daughter and finally told us to buy a photo shoot package for $1,000 in order to have our little one introduced to the market as a model. Later on, they said we also have to pay more money for marketing, so they would start connecting her with at least 3 industry professionals who may be interested in my daughter as a model. Thinking that this was a serios company we pay another $1,000for this supposed marketing. So, I dedided to call them to see what they were doing with my daughter's information, photos, marketing, etc, but I was totally surprise when I heard on the phone that they had to close and they exploring opportunities..which means nothing to me. On 09/18/2014 I went to the location in [redacted] and I surprisingly discovered their office was closed and no one knows about them. At that moment I searched for information on line about them and I realized that other people were also cheated by them. We want our $2,000 back because they lied to us and took advantage of our good faith. These people should be facing the law by now....we hope you can help us, please.Desired Settlement: We want INTERFACE to give us our $2,000 back, because this company lied to us and they had not done a thing of what they were supposed to do. They just took advantage of us and took free money. I work hard for money, I do not understand why these people play with us and with my daughter's dreams and hope too. We have proof of payments and other papers, if is necessary we can send them to you.Payments were made using credit card and personal check
