Review: I put down a deposit for services on June 4th and per the contract I was told I have three days to cancel after getting home I thought about everything and I really couldn't afford the services that interface was trying to sell me. To get head shots for my son for modeling pictures for about 1.400 so I sent a certified letter canceling the services which per there're contract I had three days to cancel I cancelled in two.The contract states that a full refund will be given in thirty days after thirty days I called the company first I was told there accounting dept. is behind I gave it two weeks and called back they kept acting why you wanted to cancel but couldn't tell me when I could receive my refund.Desired Settlement: I gave them one hundred dollars all I want is my refund and for others to know how I was treated by this company.

Review: Interface approached us at Quakerbridge Mall regarding my nephew. They proceeded to call, and we finally went in for an appointment on March 15th. My was me, my mom, my brother and sister in law, and of course my nephew. We ended up stupidly signing the contract and I put down a $500 deposit. My mom, who is a paralegal and her specialty is Contract Law, reviewed the contract and made sure what the cancellation policy said before my brother signed and I paid. This was on March 15th, Saturday. We discussed it over the weekend and went on the internet and saw the awful reviews. My brother signed a cancellation letter that my mom had prepared. She sent the letter CMRRR and overnight mail by Federal Express (we have proof that they signed for both). The contract stated in 30 days they would mail out the refund check. Thirty days has come and gone and numerous phone calls have been made with no satisfaction. They keep saying its being processed, there a few weeks behind, or just hang up on us. THEY are clearly in Breach of Contract. It is now May 1, and still no check. We called again today, and now they are just blowing us off. This company needs to be put out of business. I hope that you can help get my $500 deposit. My mom has all the proof that it was sent it time and proof that they received it. Please let me know if you can help me. That's alot of money to be out especially when we did everything by the book per the contract.Desired Settlement: All I want is them to honor THEIR contract, and return my $500 deposit, and then I never want to hear that company's name again. I work for attorneys as well, and they have confirmed that they are definitely in Breach, and one has offered to draft a letter for me. I just want my money back, and then I will go away. Thanks!

Review: On 9/30/2013, I signed my son, with Interface giving them $1225.00 for a photo shoot. On 10/7/2013, I signed up for a 3 year contract costing $1500.00 for the membership which included another 4 outfit photo shoot. I got the initial photo shoot, but never the second one which I paid $1500 for. I called to make an appointment, but they were no longer in service. I looked online and it seems that they scammed a lot of people out of money and closed their doors. They had recommended that I come back in the middle of the contract to get new pictures. I am looking to get back the $1500 for the service I never received.Desired Settlement: I am hoping to get back the $1500 for the service I never received.

Review: Contacted by Interface . Said my girls where selected to possibly work for [redacted] if I came to [redacted] on Feb. 14 to meet with a director. On the 14th they tell me I would first have to get portfolios together and twould have to charge me $650 for the photography session. I told them I dont have that at this point and the said they can do a post dated transaction on my credit card. They put a $20 hold on the card for validity. They set up a photoshoot on Feb 22. The photoshoot was did and they told me to come back March 10 to pick up the portfolios and meet with there marketing agent. On March 10th I met with a lady who was suppose to be the marketing agent. She told me that the Portfolios are done but that I now have to pay for copies of each portfolio so that they can be sent to several different agents at [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] etc to be picked for auditions. They then said I would need to pay $350 to get these portfolios printed and ucharged my card another $350. Said they would give me a call when the portfolios are printed. (Anywhere from 6 to 8 wks). In the end of May I called interface and was transfered to a voicemail where I left a message and inquired when and if the portfolios would be done. . After a couple days.I called back and was transfered to another voicemail again where I left another message. Couple days later Got a call back only to be informed that they set it up so that I could go online to view/print my pictures from there site and that she would call me to give me log in information. They never returned a call. I left several message and received no response. I got tired of trying to contact so I went to my bank to detest transactions to hear my bank say they can't go back that far to dispute transactions to keep trying the merchant. I then tried to call and email Interface to get emailed a mass generated response and recording saying they have downsized to serve (us)there current clients better and sorry for inconvienceDesired Settlement: I received no services , no portfolios, and no log in info to print them. I want full refund- and paid $1020 for nothing . I was promised portfolios copy rights to photos which was an additional $45 and marketing services. I received absolutely nothing. My daughters are 11 and 12 and where so excited by the garbage interface told them. I felt bad when I had to tell them it was a scam. I waisted gas and time to drive from[redacted] to [redacted] and back several times.

Review: My daughter signed up with Interface a couple years ago and we spent over $3,000 to have photos, comp cards and for them to market her for 3 years. The cost also included an additional photo shoot that needs to be completed by April of 2015. I have tried contacting them numerous times through phone and e-mail and no one responds. Their voicemail says that they are only focusing on existing clients which is not accurate because they will not respond. They failed to market her as well. I wanted to get her photos redone, what I previously paid for, and I ended up going to the [redacted] location because no one was responding by phone. It is a cleaned out space and no one is there, so they obviously shut down. The strange thing is that they still have a website that states they are located in [redacted]. I would like my money returned at least for the promised photo shoot. I have all of the contract documents as well.Desired Settlement: They failed to market her in any way, but I really want the money back for the photos so I can get them done elsewhere.

Review: On the 22nd of February 2014 I signed a contract with interface, for a photo shoot for my son, [redacted] .

At that time I was not sure I want to proceed but the company representative asured me that if I change my mind I can always cancel and be refunded for the amount of the contract: $595

On monday, the the 24th of february 2014 I sent a written cancellation to Interface, as indicated in clause C) Cancellation policy , of the contract I signed. I received the certified mail return receipt from Interface the next day so I have the proof that they got the written cancellation.

I called and they said, as per contract, that I will receive the check representing the refund for the $595 within 30 days.

I called on the 20th of March and the person I spoke with confirmed that the check was mailed and he said it will probably take a couple more days. Nothing happened.

Today, the 28th of March tried to call again but I was put on hold as soon as I stated the problem. I was put on hold 5(!) times. At last when I called the 6th I asked specifically not to be put on hold and the person at the other end of the line replied that there is no one available that can help me and that someone will call me back.

Nothing happened so I do not know what to do.

Please help me

Interface did not send the refund yet. I called them after I opened this complaint ( I called on tuesday, the 8th of april) . They said the check was issued and it awaits signatures and that I should receive it in maximum 2 weeks. Today there are exactly 2 weeks since the 8th and I received nothing.

Review: I agreed to a contract with this company. They charged my credit card a fee of $595. I read their cancellation policy and decided to cancel. I followed every step to their cancellation policy. A certified mail return receipt letter was sent to Interface within their 3 day cancellation time constraint. My refund was due on December 13,2013, which would mark the 30th day of their 30 refund period that their contract states. To this date, December 30,2013, I have not received my refund. I have spoken to them on the phone 4 times and each time they tell me a different reason why I have not gotten my refund. They latest was a "change in merchant" and that is holding up my refund. Interface could NOT give me an estimate of when I would get my refund.

I am due my refund. I followed all of Interface's contractual obligation to get a refund. According to the Interface contract, I am due a refund by company check within 30 days of the cancellation. I cancelled on November 12, 2013. December 12 would mark the date my refund should have been sent to me.Desired Settlement: I want my refund in the amount of $595.

Review: I gave 50$ to one of the agents for my 7 year old who they convinced me was gonna be a superstar,well turns out they've scammed many people the man literally wouldn't let me leave his office with my daughter until I gave him 2,000 $ for a upcoming photo shoot he told me he was doing me a favor taking 1,000$ off theprice because he believed in her so much, when I was approached by a lady representing the agency I was told there was no talks about money they just wanted to talk to my child and see if she had the attitude" to model and where she'd be best commercial, print etc.after 2hours of this man pressuring me to spend 2,000 right than and there,I had enough,I said I missed a day of work for this ,I'm a single mom with 2 little kids,I just get by I need to go now he said can you leave a deposit so we can maybe meet again he wanted me to leave 500 at least and told me this deposit is just so you can think about to, if your really not interested call tomorrow and your money will be fully refunded in 1 to 2 buisness days,I gave 50$ even have the receipt that states you can get your money back as long as you 1 week before a photo shoot,we never had a date for a photo shoot,I was being almost l felt held captive with this big man with me my 1 year and 7 year old tiredkids for hours.so I finally gave him the50$ and said let me think about it,which I made no promises and he was now I no at least satisfied he received some money to con me out of now I know and let us leave,while following us still telling me I made a mistake, so the next day I called spoke to the receptionist she told me the man who interviewed my daughter was not working there anymore thenext day receptionist hung up 6 times on me,5 more times I was pushed to a voicemai,than I got a man that told me he's not the 1 to help me I put in bout 30 calls either hung up on,put to voicemail or just told I don't no what 2 tellu,its only 50but 2 little girls we need every penny we have now number not working, croDesired Settlement: I would just like my 50$ refunded,it would be nice to get the pay I lost from a days work since we're almost facing eviction and they must make great pay robbing people,but basically my 50 and a bad review from the Revdex.com so no one ever has to get conned by these crooks again

Review: One of the InterFACE scout approached me at [redacted] in [redacted] NJ to sign up my son to become a model. I signed up and I was contacted to come to the office at 15 Kennedy Blvd

East Brunswick, NJ. I was at this office on 7/14/2014 and did signed a contract and paid a deposit of $375 at 3:56pm EST for photo service. After reading the review about this company I decided to change my mind and cancel the service. I have followed what is written in the cancellation policy and I expect my depoist to be refunded after 30days. My cancellation notice was received and signed by [redacted] at 3:40pm EST on 7/17/201.Desired Settlement: I have not received my refund check . I want InterFACE to refund my deposit as promised. I have kept to a the law and policy stated in the documented I signed.

Review: The contract signed on 6/23 states that should the contract be canceled a refund would be provided within 30 days in the form of a company check. A certified letter requesting cancellation was sent on 6/23/13 and was received by the company on 6/25. On 6/24/13 a phone call was made to cancel services. They advised it needed to be in writing via certified mail. I advised them I had already done that and they informed me there was nothing else that needed to be done, the refund would be processed within 30 days. On 7/1/13, I spoke with another representative who tried to convince me to accept a lessor package for a discounted price. I advised them that I wanted the contract canceled per my pervious written and verbal request and wanted a refund. The representative said that they would process the cancellation and get the refund sent out. As of 8/5, the refund still has not been processed. I called the company again and was told there was a delay and they would expedite the refund and said I should have it in the next 5 days. I told them that was not expedited. That it was already 2 weeks past the date in which I should have the refund per their contract and that they needed to send the check today and overnight it to me. They said they were not able to do that. They kept saying it would be sent out in 5 days.Desired Settlement: I want a prompt refund plus interest for the delay.

Ms. [redacted] did follow the cancellation policy correctly and

sent in a letter to cancel. We spoke to Ms.

continue. As do 100% of our clients who

follow the cancellation policy, they have been issued a full refund. Their refund was made out in the form of a

We understand that there was a delay in issuing the refund

and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As stated, anyone that follows the

cancellation policy will receive their full refund.

We went there back on the 22 nd of january 2014 scheduled an appointment for photo shooting on 1/24/2014 and I payed them $925 .

On the same day 1/22/2014 we decided to cancel the appointment so I went directly to the post office, wrote them a letter for cancelation and mailed it through certified mail.

They received it 2 days later and signed it back.

Their refund policy states that I should receive my check within 30 days .

I never received anything,kept calling them and got transferred ,hung up on many times.

Recently ,they told me they issued me a check and when pulling up my file , they gave me the check number.

But every time I wait for the 10 days they say I should get my money back by.

and I never saw anything.

I really want my money back.

Review: In January 2014 we spent about 3k to have our ID twins get in to modeling. They took our pictures and were very convenienceing we would have results because of the rare situation we had twins. We never received one call or email from anyone. After we paid the money it was like we never existed. My biggest complaint is for paying all of that money I should have heard something from someone within the past year. I am very disappointed and feel scammed out of my money.Desired Settlement: Any amount and an apology for false representation. I am happy only that I dident pay more money for two years as I was trying to be scammed in to that too.

Review: We (my husband, myself, and our son) visited InterFACE1's East Brunswick, NJ office on September 8th 2013, and made a deposit of $300 for a photo shoot.

We cancelled our appointment later the same day during business hours, and requested a refund for our $300 deposit. We were told to void our contract, and send it back to the office with a letter confirming our refund request, and we complied in a timely manner.

I spoke with a representative to ensure our request had been met, and was told we would receive a check by October 8th. When I had not received the check by October 8th, I called the office to make sure they were still on track with sending out the refund. I was told then that my account had not yet been sent over to the refunds department, and that the company was in the midst of a change of business partners who cut and sent the refund checks to clients. I was then told I would have a check within the next 1-2 weeks.

As of November 18th 2013, I still had not received my check. I again called the East Brunswick office to ask about the status of my refund, and was told I would receive my check at an unknown time. I was also informed that the last person I spoke with was no longer with the company, and that my conversation with him could not be validated. I have contacted the company numerous times, and have yet to receive my refund, or a correct estimation of when my refund should arrive.

I called them again on December 2nd, and was told I would have to wait another 2-4 weeks for our refund to arrive. Every interaction from this company has been hurried, and I have been given vague answers as to when we would receive our refund.

I wrote and mailed them a civil letter on Nov. 18th, asking that we receive our check by the 2nd of December, or I would be contacting the Revdex.com. As of December 5th we still have not received our refund, and I see on the Revdex.com site this is a common complaint against the company.Desired Settlement: I would like to request that we get our $300 refund before December 31st 2013

I am rejecting this response because: As of December 23rd 2013, InterFACE has still failed to send out a check, and still does not have an estimated shipment or arrival date for said refund check. The company has stated that they are not sure when it be sent out, and has implied I would not be receiving the check before the new year (2014); this makes their 30 day return guarantee three and a half months late as of Dec. 23rd 2013.

Review: I have an eamil stating from the company that I would be receiving a refund of $900. they adjusted an order for photos for my daughter where I would be getting back $900. I have an email from a department head stating this too. they said they would only be sending me a check and not putting back on my credit card.Desired Settlement: to have my refund asap!

Review: My family was approached in [redacted] Mall regarding modeling and acting by an InterFACE representative. We called the company, set up an appointment and went to the [redacted] office for a meeting with company. Initially, we planned to utilize their modeling /acting service but later decided to cancel the contract. We followed all the steps regarding the cancelation policy however, there has been no refund distributed. InterFACE received a certified letter stating our decision to cancel. The company called stating they had received the cancelation letter and a check was being processed; however, nothing has been received. I have made several calls attempting to get our refund of 925.00 but all attempts have been unsuccessful.Desired Settlement: A full refund of 925.00 is requested.

Review: I came into Interface Talent a few months ago seeking their services. I shortly after realized I had to cancel my photo shoot due to personal emergency. I was told if I canceled with a letter within the days I would receive a refund. I've spoken to client services several times, each time promised get my refund within the week. Finally I spoke to Sheriff who said if I didn't get my refund within the week to call hi [redacted] I never received my refund so I called for maybe the 10th time and could not get a hold of him. I spoke to another lady who said they had issues with the company giving put refunds and I should receive it the absolute latest end of August. It is now August 29, 2014, I checked the mail for the day and it is Labor Day weekend. I don't want anymore problems, I just want my $500 refund.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back as their contract said I would receive. I am owed $500

Review: I was enticed into signing a contract with InterFace. For the pass 2 months they have not delivered the services they promised. I have not received any activity reports since June 2014. I have tried calling and emailing, no one has gotten back to me. The number given to call will not connect. I feel scammed out of a lot of money.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the remaining amount that I signed for because I will not be continuing with their service. They did not uphold there end of the agreement.
