This company’s education platform has really been useful. I have learned so much and is reaching consistent profits. I recently joined this company and quickly changed my mind for personal reasons. I contacted the company customer support line for a refund within 24 hours. They give you 7 days for a full money back guarantee. I was told 10-15 days I would get my money back it’s been almost 4 weeks now and haven’t received and email or update as I have been constantly emailing asking for updates only to get generic cumputer responses. I just want my money back which is guaranteed if you cancel within 7 days. Very unprofessional customer srervice no real help leaves customer in an unknow state of trying to find a way to get there 100% money back so called guarantee. I also have screenshots and photos of them verifying they would refund my money in the full amount.

I was told it would be just an initial fee of $350 to begin using products. That all I needed to do was copy trade signals each day and make a lot of money. Upon using their tools to make trades I ended up losing over $1000 following the trading signals. I was then charged another $270 from my bank account the following month. When I reached out to cancel and get a refund, I was told it was past 7 day refund policy.

I was mislead by the company and its associates that I would just need to copy the trading signals to make money and encouraged to fund trading accounts in total of $1000. I’ve now lost about $1600 since getting involved with this company. As this companies associates promised me that I'd be making substantial money and not need to work anymore, I think they need to at the very least refund my initial $350 sign up fee, and the the second month of $270 that was charged without my knowing. A total refund of $620 is all I ask for which doesn't even include the $1000 they caused me to lose and time lost.

Hello, I signed up for an imarketslive account on 3//19 I emailed to cancel the account on 3//19 within their 7 day full refund period. I provided the BTC Wallet. I was then told to wait 3-5 business days for the refund to show up in my BTC wallet. I waited 6 days but no refund was received so I contacted their support team again. They told me the refund had been processed and I needed to contact the BTC wallet provider. I then contacted them but they said they had no record of a refund coming into my account. I followed up with imarketslive again on 4//19 to let them know that I still hadn't received the refund in my BTC wallet. It is now 4//19 and I still have not received my refund. If there is an issue with BTC wallet can the money be refunded to my card? My card that was on file when I created the account is no longer active due to theft. However my bank account is the same. I do not care which way the refund is processed. I just would like to get my refund. Please help!

I did check with the BTC wallet and a refund was not received. I have not received any of my funds. I see this hasn been an issue for other customers as well on this website. Isn’t it possible an error could have occured during the process and this is why I do not see the funds in my BTC wallet? Could you reprocess the refund?

I joined this company on November , 2018, due to a promotion that was running for a limited time offer. If I was to join by the end of that day, my monthly membership fee will be waived. On January , 2019, *** M, sends a message that the December promotion is NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I only joined so quickly because I did want to miss out on the promotion. After speaking with a representative, *** M, in regards to my account, requesting to cancel my services due to them not providing the service they had promised and wanted a FULL refund ($445.52) for my initial payment (November , 2018, of $250.61) and for Dec month end of $194.91. *** advised that I could not speak to anyone in regarding this issue and no one can assist me. And to top it off, there were plenty of times that the "so-called tools" that the company gives you were down and not functional.

I've tried disputing it with my credit card. But imarketlive took it back. I tried filing a compliment but imarket said it was refunded on their end and that's not true. It came back on my credit card and I would like it refunded.

We do have whats called "Two and Free" for customers, when they sign up. This states if you enroll 2 active paying customers your monthly subscription will be waived each month, as long as those two customer remain active and paying.

Please see my attachment. As you can see I was not refunded and there's still a balance on my credit card. I would appreciate to have the $445.52 fully refunded as to false advertisement. For a company you should make sure all your reps, independent distributors etc has accurate information and don't just say things. That is false advertisement. Again, I would appreciate if you can fully refund me.

I don't understand why the business keeps telling me they refunded me but it's still on my credit card. I will willing to go to the media and advise of my situation and the company false advertisements and having reps such as *** M giving out false information. As a company this is unethical. If this is not resolved in 5 business days, I will move forward with the media and go to what ever extreme measures I have to. I signed up for an account on January *** on January *** I decided to delete my account because it is different than what I expected. IML has a 7 day money back guarantee. Today on April I have yet to get my money back.

I’ve been looking for educational products to learn how to trade I
Encountered with iMarketsLive and they dragged me down to this non sense stuff of multilevel scam. I paid initially 217.00 dollars and 161.50 dollars a month after to get personal, advanced, and reliable investment education in the forex market. With this on mind, I’ve bern getting charge for service that does not teach anything close to what they promoted on their videos or person involved in that company. Their videos on IML tv don’t have support and are not accurate and only focus on marketing their products instead of teaching their costumer

After I joined to I markets live on the second month after I finish the videos from iml tv and the iml academy they told me that I won’t be able to learn how to trade that the only way I could make money it was by making commissions for the company and it does not make sense to seek a product you cannot use to make profit or pay for trading education so later on you get told that you won’t learn anything and try to force you to get into the compensation plan and calling you over the phone to join a meeting that it only talks how to bring more costumer into iml academy which I think it’s not correct I would be glad to get my money back fo this inconvenience since I didn’t received what I paid for and this it’s consider an educational fraud

Yes as an IBO you can earn commissions for referring customers who purchase our product. As an IBO this is the only way to earn commissions per the compensation plan stated on the website.

However, our product is education, but that does not guarantee any income or commissions.

Our product is to educate members on the Forex market, technical analysis and other useful tools when trading the markets. We do not trade for you or accept any investments.

We do see your last payment was on February , 2019 in the amount of $161.50. This payment has been credited to your account and you should see that in 5 to 10 business days.

Hello on February *** I had requested a full refund of my $217.19 that I have paid I contacted email multiple times over and over again and they haven’t given me any solid information. I have looked for a number haven’t found one that helps customers now it is March ,2019 and I still do not have my money I paid with bitcoins and I told them my btc wallet id 3 times. I said If that was too hard to refund I can give them my card number I feel they are never going to give my money so this is why I am making this complaint so I can get to the bottom of this.

I think this company is amazing. It gives the average person like me an opportunity to LEARN about trading forex and crypto.
& if I have friends who also want to learn with me the company will give me a bonus for referring them? sounds good to me.
No different than when you refer a friend to *** or *** they give X amount of money off your next ride.

The business offers a 7-day refund for the purchases made, which was a payment of $217. I made a request to have a refund on the 6th day of the service. And they got to me, but all they said was “we’ll look into it” it’s been about 2 months. I’ve been asking the company to give the refund, but they are no help at all. All they do is tell me “we’lol look into it”.

I purchased the Platinum Package for $217.19 on September *** 2018. I canceled my membership on October ***, 2018. Because of the 7 day money back guarantee policy I was supposed to receive a refund. I was told 3-5 business days to process the cancellation and then 10-15 days for my bank to receive the funds. It is now November 9th, 2018 and I haven't received my refund. I email and inquire for an explanation and receive nothing.

The company website was not down on 10/and 10/*/18, in fact we were upgrading the website to a new version and back office for our members. The updates were completed overnight from 10/*/18 into 10/*/18 and took about 4 hours to complete.

I do see our Support team canceled your subscription and refunded your payment back to you on 10/*/18. I am not sure why you would not have seen your credit by now, but I have issued a credit for $250.61 again to your card and you should see this within 7 to 10 business days depending on the banks.

Have learned to trade and met some really great educators through this company , at first was skeptical because of reviews but company has done a complete restructure and the IML academy is amazing ... also the live educating sessions on IML tv are amazing. I’ve been able to learn a lot in the last 7 months and have been able to profit trading , although I’ve taken a bunch of losses , I am still in profit from my initial investment ... very happy .

If you honestly want to learn how to trade the classes and training is top notch. This is an honestly a great opportunity and I'm glad I took a chance on it!
