Crypto Recovery
Got introduced to a cryptocurrency investment platform by an acquaintance I met online.
after investing a great deal of funds they refused to let me withdraw, insisting that I pay more which I obliged for fear of losing my initial investments. I was still denied withdrawals. I report to the Global anti-scam authorities who directed me to

They took up my case after I sent all proof of crypto transactions I made to the scammers with this they helped get my funds back.

I Traced and got back my crypto.
I got swindled by a romantic and lost $18,000 in crypto currency to a fake crypto investment platform,I reported to the police here in Holland but nothing was done.
Decided to try my hands on a private crypto tracking firm who were able to track and get back my funds using the details and screenshots of the transaction I made.
I got a text in my email from them that they've been able to track and get back my money not too long after I got an alert for $18,000.
I got in contact with them by scanning their q.r code which presented me a report to make my complaint.

I am trying to cancel my subscription before the 7 day refund period is over. But every time I call the company they say something along the lines of “were not available to take your call”. And on the website it says I need to submit a ticket to get my refund, but I can’t find a link to anywhere to submit a ticket. It’s very confusing and frustrating.

I got a new debit card to prevent any further expenses being taken from my account so the refund is being issued to the old card that no longer exists. I need to give them (iMarketsLive) my new card information so I can receive my refund.

I requested a refund for the platinum subscription. I received my refund, however, the refund was reversed and the money was taken out of my account again.

I signed up for the service and paid the initial fee after reading their 100%satisfied guarantee that you could receive a full refund if canceled within 7 days of purchase. But they make extremely hard to cancel. I have called and system says can't take call. Website won't allow me to access the account to cancel. Googled cancel HOW TO. States do a support ticket. Unable to find support ticket. You can not cancel if you can reach anyone or have access to cancel.

I signed up to make my account (iMarket Live Platinum Pack) making sure to write down my log in information and chose to use my ACH checking account. Afterwards I tried to log in and it said there was an error. I tried to use the forget my password using my email and it said email not found. I decide to wait until my money went though thinking I would have access to the website then but I still have the same problem. I tried calling and the automated voice said I needed to request support through a ticket. Since I can’t log in and I also couldn’t find where to request support and now I’ve come to this site.

I have been due for a refund been waiting over a month I unsubscribed and put the ticket in within the 7 days They keep saying they gave me the refund and no they did not ! They took the money out my bank account they should be able to give it back to me with no problems but of course I get the run around I want my refund I was very unsatisfied with them and no there is no way to make my experience better I want my money back !

To whom this may concern,

I purchased IM on the *** July 2020, between 9 &10 pm GMT. (I'm from London)

I was not satisfied with the product that was sold to me. Its more of a marketing ring rather than focused on trading. I was told by the IM "mentor" that I could cancel within 7 days of signing up and actually stated the following Friday (*** July 2020). I cancelled my membership on th *** July 2020, and if we are being technical also within a 7 day period which is 168 hours of my initial purchase.

Also according to the EU Consumer Contracts Regulation (which you must follow when operating within the UK) I have the right to a refund within 14 days of my purchase. I was misinformed and dissatisfied with the service and believe I did not receive the service in full, as I was supposed to have several zoom calls with these "mentors" to teach me about trading but they were repeatedly cancelled. Furthermore, according to the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, I have 30 days to reject your service if I deem it not to be of satisfactory quality and as described, which I do.

This has been the 3rd time I have emailed you in regards to this and you are denying me of my entitled refund. The customer service has been appaulling, and it is clear they are sending the same repeated response.

Please issue me my full refund.

I will never recmmend IM mastery to anyone due to your lack of transparency, selling people misinformed services and appalling customer service.

If you do not issue me my refund I will be forced to report your company to Federal Trade Commission and Trading Standards.

Your requested refund was indeed outside the 7 day Window, but only by a fraction of the time (approximately 7 hours). Normally, in these cases they should be automatically accepted, and this seems to have been a training issue on the support end. They should have noted the time difference and granted the refund.

Lol reading some of these reviews makes me laugh. If you are not growing with this. You are obviously not taking advantage of everything. They literally have live sessions where you copy what a millionaire does and recieve results. You are practically printing your own money. Then they have education courses that teach you what you need to know and what tools you need to lose. The only thing that makes this a pyramid scheme is that im at the top because I am making great money doing this and anyone who is not signed up or canceling their accounts, are at the bottom. Lol

I am typing this message to apprise you about a specific problem that cause me disappointment. I bought the HFX package on Tuesday and it wasn't the best for me so I cancelled my subscription on Thursday in keeping with the 7 days guarntee back money back. It has been 2 days and I didn't get a message concerning my redress from the company or anything of that nature.

I signed up with IM for a month and after this month I tried cancelling, within the 7 days I asked for a refund as I felt deceived about the nature of the business, I sent an email To IM requesting an immediate refund as I didn’t know how to cancel my account on their platform. Till now they haven’t replied my email and it’s gone past the 7 day period but I still haven’t accessed the account and have no need to. I need my refund. I went into unarranged overdraft because of this thinking it had already been cancelled. It doesn’t even show up as a direct debit on my bank account

I was told by a friend that I had to recruit to be successful with the company, but I guess my friend was mistaken. If you don't want to recruit, you can still subscribe & they have got days worth of forex education & copy & paste. I guess it's best to hear about it from the horse's mouth. I think my friend works for a competitor company.

I joined IML Academy and cancelled my account within 7 days and it has been over 1,5 months and still no refund.

I have not received my refund that was guaranteed in their policy.

On the website and in the Term and conditions it states that you would get a full refund if you cancelled the policy in 7 days.

I cancelled my policy in 2 days of taking it out and still have not received my £190 refund over 3 months later.

I joined this business almost 3 months ago. I am apart of ***. My mentor who brought me in is 22 years old and is a mother and i've known her for 5 years (since we were in high school I'm 21). I'm not gonna lie I was very hesitant about this opportunity because of the fee and because I didn't know who I was sending my money too, but once I got on the informational and heard everything they had to offer and once I got more knowledge I knew I was willing to take the risk. I say risk because ladies and gentleman when you venture for the first time into a new business or adventure it is going to be a risk when you start. It is your first time doing something new so of course you are going to have trial and error. With that being said my first couple of weeks trading I wasn't seeing the results I wanted to see but that is only because I wasn't being as plugged into the trainings and IML as I should've been. Once I really started applying myself to the trainings and asked my mentors for help and used the videos from the academy I started seeing the results I wanted to see. Also you do have to find a good mentor in this business because I hate to say it there are people who do forex and are scammers I am just grateful that I truly know my mentor and know that she is always gonna be there to help me. Also a lot of people have this misconception that we have to enroll people which is not at all true if we wanted to just strictly trade and trade only we could but they show us the IBO aspect of it because if you are learning how to make money from your phone and you are seeing results why wouldn't you want to help somebody out who you know could benefit from this opportunity frfr. It's like you finding the cure to cancer; would you keep it to yourself or would you tell somebody about it? That's my testimony and how I feel about IML and *** as a whole. I hope I opened a lot of you all's perspective!
