On October , 2019 I closed my account with them and was told I would receive my refund of $168 case #***. I was able to deactivate my account quickly and sent all the necessary documents and information requested. On October , I reported that I needed to correct my payment ID number for Coinbase in which the rep Bruz M. was able to retrieve the proper number. It is now December and I still have not received my refund. I’m reporting this issue as a complaint being that no one has responded to me in two weeks now and I still don’t have my refund. I will further this complaint legally if I don’t receive my funds ASAP. I have been patient enough to wait and take the excuses of the reps long enough and this is unacceptable. You all were quick to take the payment but aren’t even attempting to give it back when you guys guarantee refunds within 2 weeks.

I purchased a live stream from the company almost 3months ago that was suppose to come to my email right away it never did. It took them about a week to respond after sending multiple emails that I never received anything then when the did responses and ask for proof of purchase I sent them my bank statement and never heard from them again. Months later I reach out again and they are still playing the same game for $60 not responding. I’m not letting this slide because I’m sure I’m not the only one and that would lead to them “lying and stealing” thousands of dollars from people. I don’t care if their company is surrounded by money my $60 was hard earned and I need it to work hard for me just like I worked for it so I NEED my money back

I signed up with IML Markets live on November , 2019. I was mislead and decided to cancel my subscription on November , 2019. I was told that the refund process takes 10 business. I have been awaiting my refund. Now I can not get in touch with anyone form that company. I sends multiple emails and no response. I did not just have $199.95 to throw away and that is what is happening. I work hard for my funds and I have taken advantage of. I just want my money back.

On November *, 2019 I created an IML account. On November , 2019 I realized IML was not for me so I requested a refund. I was told it would take 10 business days to process. So once the 10 business day was reached I contacted IML they told me they would get back to me with the status of my refund. I have continuously emailed IML’s support email and I am no longer receiving a response. We are past the 10 business days so now I would just like my refund sent back to me especially since I was in the 7 day time frame of their refund policy stated on their website.

I have requested for a refund within the 1-7 day time frame and nobody responded to me but they are constantly updating their website and payment plans. I then sent another email to politely ask again and let them know I should've been heard back from them regarding a refund!!! They responded and asked for a photo of my ID and told me to fill out a form and then wait 10 business days for it. It has been about 10 days and it says to not send the form more than one or the time will restart. Being that there is no contact information available besides their unprofessional email address, I am upset and want to take this further.

So I tried starting forex sometime in early October I go to log in one day and it says my account was not active so I immediately ask for my refund they email me with all the steps, I complete all the steps and they said the refund will take up to 10 days. Well now it’s late November still no $235 In my account. After this I have been continuously emailing and asking about my refund and no response. I just want my $235 back at this point and I’ll find another side hustle

I called the person that was in charge of recruiting me and told them about the refund he said that he had called the chairman and said that my refund had made it over to my account after a few days later I called them back (Joshua Creary) (Marlon) and told them that my refund was not processed and then was told to forget about it. Which is why I’m making this complaint. I just want my money back thank you!

I have submitted for a refund with this company on September *** 2019 and it is now November *** and have not received anything. They told me I would review the refund within 7-10 business days. I started to email them the middle of October and they kept on saying they need the finance department to respond back. I kept on emailing them and now they are not even responding back to my emails. The refund owed is $165.

IML promises a 7-day full refund policy. I requested a full refund of their Platinum Package ( $225 ) with a few days and was told that I could get a refund no problem. I filled out a form and they told me it would take 10 business days to process. After nearly two months of emails and them giving me a run-around I'm left with them telling me they are " waiting to hear from their financial department". For the second month's time they kept telling me that they would get back to me and for me to be patient with no real explanation why it was taking so long. They only respond to me after I email them again asking for an update which leads me to believe that they are just hoping I forget about the refund with due time.

So iMarkets alive has this policy that if you reach out to them to cancel your subscription within the first 7 days, you will receive a refund (the enrollment fee) back in 10 business days. I enrolled into iMarkets Live on September ***, 2019 and asked for a refund on September ***, 2019 via email. I did not get a respond back until October *** stating I will receive my refund of $164.75 within 10 business days. 10 business days passed and I reached out and I would get “Sorry for the inconvenience. We are still working on the status of your refund”. A few more days will go by, I would reach out and will still get the same response time after time. It is now November ***, 2019 and I still don’t have a refund even though I was suppose to get one in “10 business days”.

I purchased a platinum package for 165 dollars on sept *** and was not at all satisfied with the tools and education I was paying for so I asked for a refund the 2nd day into it (oct 1st). They have a 7 day refund policy if the customer is not satisfied. I followed all the directions they told me to do and they then sent me an email that the refund would take 10 business days and its been over a month since I initiated the refund on 10/4/19. Now they no longer respond to my emails and I need the money.

I requested a refund from IMarketlive immediately after signing up because I made an error. They claim that you will receive a 100% refund within 7 days. I had to pay with bitcoin because I only had my discover card and they don’t accept as a form of payment. I completed the ticket that they told me to complete and they were emailing me back very fast at first. They told me it usually takes 10 days and If any mistakes were made it would take a bit longer. After 10 days I emailed them trying to get an update they told me I would receive an email once it was processed. I submitted my ticket on oct *** tomorrow will be Nov *** Still no refund and they stopped responding to my emails.

I understand that there is a delay with refunds due to paying in bitcoin. I only requested a refund due to me signing up under the wrong group. Is there any way that I could sign back up without getting a refund but this time under the right group. I was just going to get a refund and sign back up. Could someone please assist me with this since it would be easier than receiving a refund? If not I would not like to switch to AHS. How long would a refund take? I’m am not satisfied with customer service they have yet to respond to my emails.

Requested the refund within the 7 day money back guarantee time frame and I have not received it. I have had to make multiple inquiries and they don't respond unless I promise to report them to the socials or the Revdex.com. It has been 5 days since I last emailed them asking about the status of my email. They said they would get back to me, but its been 5 days. I have allowed the 10 business days for them to process the refund. As a matter of fact I have been waiting longer than that. I am a college student and was trying to make some extra $ while I studied and play basketball. I found that this was not a fit and so I withdrew within the time frame allowed to get the refund. In the emails they use to correspond with me has no contact phone number. I even went on their web page and they have not phone number listed. It took me coming to the Revdex.com to find a number.

I decided to cancel my membership on the 5th day after joining because it wasn’t for me and I followed the entire refund process. I’ve emailed several people and they have all said the same thing about contacting the financial department, but 20 business days since my completion of the refund process I haven’t received any sort of notification nor refund. I honestly feel like it’s all a scam because they know people will probably just let it go instead of getting a lawyer.

I joined, IML academy hoping to change my life. I gave them my last of the money I got, and they failed me. I paid 185$ to try it out and I did not like it so I requested a refund the 2nd day. It’s been over a month, over the 20 days they said, and I still have not got my refund. I’m trying hard not to make this a legal matter, but it’s becoming really hard & I’m becoming very impatient. It has now been 4 months since requesting my refund. It has been 1 month since my last claim file. This company is no longer responded to my emails. I cancelled my subscription within the 7 days and still no refund. The last message I received from them stated my refund was processing and would be sent within the next business. Still no refund and now no response. I’ve filled out every form they’ve asked.

Imarketslive has a seven day money back account cancellation guarantee, as long as you email and cancel within 7 days you are supposed to receive your initial payment back. I have emailed twice and received no response or instruction on how to proceed with the account cancellation or about a refund. The refund is supposed to be $225 for the platinum membership. It is day three of my seven days and I do not want to go over and not receive a refund.

I apologize for the delay and inconvenience. The company does not hold a reserve in Bitcoin and as such there is a procurement process for processing these refunds. Depending on the volume and number of requests this can cause some delays in the distribution of refunds via BTC.

For our US Members we do offer the option to switch to ACH if they are not willing to wait for the BTC refund.

On the *** September I meet imakertslive online broker by the name of Grace K V working for imarketslive online as broker and invested R5,000 and I was promised that I will earn around $8000. When it was time to get my profit payout, My broker told me she received the email from the company i.e. imarketslive they claim I will run away because I was a first investor with them so I needed to add R10,000 so I did. Thereafter she told me that the company will release the profits after I pay $200 and I asked her how long will the profits be released after this payment and she said in hours time and I paid R3000 the payment was received and she said the profits are ready to be send to she asked me send send my banking details and I
did so . Then she told me the company needs additional $850 for the profit above $5000 and whereas my profit show as $8580i in the imarketslive online system then I paid the required $858, which was set to be COT (cost of transfer), then I received an email from imarketslive confirming they have received the payment and I should pay 10% brokers fees $858 and I paid then I was hoping that it was over and I was going to received my payment then she said she told the company that I was from S.A then I have to pay additional R5000 for my profit to be released. I then said that the company imarketslive asked for my identity document copy and my proof of address for KYC verification and I provided them with and the status was changed to verified in my imarketslive dashboard they could have pick that I'm South Africa then becuase I did send my identity profile before they started trading on my behalf theses they could have said they were unable to process with my account refund me and never have let me go this far and because they are suppose to pay my profits I see these story with the country of my origin and that I should pay additional R5000 as an excuses. I dont have money anymore I send them email requesting for my refund and they choose to ignore me and I need my money because by now I feel I could have been paid because I ended up taking loans from bank that I could not pay. So the Bank is in my case to pay them back since I promised that I will pay them this week when I receive the payout which is not happening. Therefore I need my profit payment as soon as possible

Therefore they know very well that the login showing my dashboard detail is theirs. I was interested in dealing in Forex and I believe I was scammed into paying this company for a subscription to IML Academy. The company does not look legit and based on reviews it appears to be a pyramid scheme. They responded to my email stating they would refund me only if I showed my licence or passport. I have never heard of such a thing. Please look into it.
