2 days ago I signed up for IML and purchased the platinum starter package. I have realized it is not for me and I want my purchase refunded. I've already contacted the customer support via email but didn't get any helpful response.

I signed up for IML services on Sunday September ***. I kept the services for less than a week when I decided I would not be able to continue my membership for various reasons. I cancelled my membership on Friday, September *** which is less than a week. I was told that if I cancel within 7days of initiation I will get my refund of $164.75 back. Since September ***, I have submitted over 5 support tickets and inquiries about my refund and I have still not received a response back or my money back as guaranteed.

I need my refund, of 230 dollars of the platinum package that I bought since last Monday, September , I made the transaction on September *** but it was received on September *** 2019, I have sent many emails for I Markets live to make the refund and they don’t respond . I decided to cancel because I didn’t t like the methodology. I also comply with the refund policy.

We have answered this query on another dispute filed by this member. Unfortunately, we cannot assist without further details as they paid a third party cash to create their account and do not have the details to provide us in order to track it down.

I requested my refund on Friday Oct. *** after I purchased IML last Sunday Sept. ***. I haven’t received a response or anything and I am worried that I will not receive my refund which is why I haven’t cancelled my account yet. Could someone please help me contact IML to reassure that I will receive my refund that was post marked requested on Friday? Purchase was 164 for Premium deal

I paid for the imarkets subscription and within three days I canceled my subscription and a month later they still charged me for me being an active subscriber. Not only did they take the monthly payment out but they never gave me my warranty return policy and it’s very frustrating trying to get in contact with them. They emailed me once saying that they were looking into it and if I had any other problems I could tell them through the one email they sent. I’ve never heard back from them since that email and I’ve yet to get a refund or at least speak to someone about the problem I am having. Imarkets is very bad for business.

I had the auto payment of 165 to my account and that payment is pending in my account. According to the refund policy after 7 days I can get a refund of my 165 because it’s an auto ship monthly subscription. Yet I have not received my refund and I have attempted to contact I’ll as soon as the money was taken out from my account and I have had no contact what so ever.

It’s going to be almost 2 months and I still haven’t received my refund they said to wait 10 business days and I’m still here waiting and the support team is of no help !! Please warn everybody about them! They don’t give back refunds I’m still waiting for my mine though

To state we do not give refunds is not accurate - The one issue we have which we are working on as mentioned above is how to make the refund process faster and more smooth for Bitcoin. No other payment method on our site has this delay.

I made an account with iml academy and I want my money back. I requested my money after the first day because I don't think I am ready to continue with his process yet. The contract shows "if you want your money back within the seven day period then you can email us and we will refund you your money no questions asked." I emailed them for the past two days and in their contract, you can even email them on the weekends and they haven't got back to me. I want my money back for the platinum pack and this is my ID #*** and my email is ***

I’ve been waiting for them to respond to my email forever. I’m trying to reactivate my account and it’s prolonging the process having to wait for them. I didn’t want to write a complaint but if it gets my issue resolved faster so be it.

I cancelled my account the same day I created it. I sent out emails stating that I want my account account closed and a refund because I’m within the 7 days. Only email I received was it was being looked at, then I stopped getting answers.

I signed up for I market live on August , 2019. I was signed up for about a couple days realized it wasn’t for me and then requested a refund on August , 2019. Their policy states that you can get a full refund if it is within 7 days on the initial purchase. And It is September , 2019, and I have yet to receive my refund of $225.

I Markets Live is complete bs with their customer service and their refund policy. I have filed about 6 claims for my refund of $165 as I am still within my seven day 100% GUARANTEE MONEY BACK time frame, and I am beginning to feel scammed after not receiving anything but a confirmation of my support ticket being sent. I hear people aren’t getting any response until weeks later which is total *** because that is literally taking time away from the 7 days so no one get their refund . I need answers now!

On the night *** of September 2019 I purchased the platinum pack subscription for $164.95 I tried it out but I felt like it just wasn’t for me. I contacted both the support team and the info team about this and they haven’t responded. I also made a few attempts to call them but they haven’t answered the phone. Online it says that you have 7 days to get the refund back before it’s too late. Like I said before they haven’t responded back and I need my money back!!!! The deadline on which I won’t be able to get my refund back is either on the *** of September or the *** of October. Please help!
