My 2004 GMC 2500 needs fuel injectors, INDS has drawn thisbout and has consistently lied to myself and the repair company about sending an inspector for the third time to verify a fuel system contamination. I took my pickup to the repair facility at the beginning of May and it is now the last week of June. This is not a trust worthy company and I will never recommend them to anyone looking for extended warranty coverage.
To comment on the customers complaint that was initiated on June 23, 2017.

Initially Mr. repair facility *** Diesel Repair called in a claim for smoke coming from the vehicle. The repair facility stated they found excessive over fueling from the injectors and could only give codes, the repair facility did not perform a full diagnosis and did not have an actual cause of failure. There was an inspection of the fuel injectors and the thermostat on May 15, which confirmed there was a need to replace the engine thermostat but the inspection could not demonstrate any failures to the inspector regarding the injectors. On June 7, 2017 the repair facility called the claims dept back to report the customer has driven the vehicle 1000 miles and the vehicle is still smoking. The repair facility was asked by the claims dept, "How did the vehicle travel 1000 miles with Injectors that were starved for fuel". After further inspection of the claim for the fuel injectors the claim has been auth in the amount of $4641.9.
