Hello, A resolution was made with [redacted] on 07-03-and when he left our dealership that day he was happy with the resolution and knowledge of the contract purchase of their Rogue When it comes to the concern of income we submit to the bank what the customer puts on the application as far as income and employment We have a signed application with information of employment that customer filled out and that is the information that we sent over to the bank When it comes to his credit being ran more than once or twice we did have to send it to multiple banks as we were working with challenged credit and we were trying to get him the best financing rate We honestly feel we did everything in our power to make this customer happy and there is nothing more that we are able to do His Rogue has been funded and their financial contract is with the bank not Puente Hills Nissan [redacted] ***Customer Relations Manager [redacted]

This customer only requested the Portfolio Service Contract to be cancelled, Portfolio Service Contract cancellation was processed, the refund check in the amount of $1,was sent to Nissan Motor Acceptance on February 27, [redacted] Tracking number [redacted] The conversation of cancelling the Portfolio Maintenance Contract was discussed however after communicating with the customer with a mandarin speaking salesperson, Finance Manager and a Sales Manager the customer decided to keep the Portfolio Maintenance ContractThe customer used the majority of the maintenance servicesThe additional items purchased such as the Platinum Finish, Express Code and Ding Defenders are items that are not eligible for cancellation because they are items that have been installed into the vehicle

Mr [redacted] bought a focus on 6/11/While doing a walk around inspection before taking delivery of the vehicle our sales rep noticed the front passenger side tire had a nail in itThe customer and our sales manager agreed on leaving the vehicle at our dealership to replace the tire before taking full delivery of the FocusThe service and parts department were closed so we waited for the next dayThe tire did have to be ordered and Mr [redacted] was aware of thisWhen the tire arrived it was installed and they took delivery of the vehicleMrbody and his daughter came back for repair that were promised at the time of purchase and the installation of the alarm a few weeks laterThe alarm is installed and everything that was promised is fixed on the vehicle: window tint was fixed, the driver side adjustment handle for the seat, cut and program an extra key, order new floor mats, replaced front passenger side tire, and did a complete detail on the vehicle for any inconvenienceI have kept in contact with Mr [redacted] since 6/14/when he came in for his due bill the first time

I have read the response from the dealership and I'm a little confused? I do not recall speaking with anyone regarding a clear resolution in my caseAfter several exhausting attempts to speak with Mr*** via phone calls and text, including the waste of my time in missed appointments on his behalfI have not received any resolutions in writing and or verbalI was asked for permission to run my credit, which I declined I don't see how running my credit will help on getting my car back to its original condition when I took in for an oil change. My car has been sent back to the body shop five times that I know of...The repairs have not been done correctly- there has been over spray, un-even wave like sections around the back light areasI don't mean to sound picky, these are defects that stand out to the naked eye when you see the car. Its been almost months since I have left the car in the care of Buena Park Nissan dealership due to the service departments negligenceI would like this this matter to be resolved; I'm tired of getting the run around and not getting clear answersI am the one standstill until Management at Nissan decides what to do to rectify this situation

First, I have to say THANK YOU for all the helpAnd I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and glad to know that Portfolio company sent a refund of $1925.However, since I already paid off my car at Fed-21-2018,as you can see from the attached screenshot, the refund should be directly send to meOkay, I get that by the time I paid off, the Portfolio didn’t know thatBut how come this Nissan dealer never contacted me about this refund check? They should know I already paid off my car and the refund should be send to me. I would like have them to give back my refund of $before I pursuit legal action.Again, thank you very much! Puente Hills Ford apologizes for any delay in response to this issue, however, customer has cashed her refund check already, and our records indicate that our bank cleared the funds from our account on January 16, the check issue date was 01-02-Please let us know if you need further information to close this case
